The sectional was super comfortable but Im not giving it 5 stars because it wasn't firm enough for my husbands bad back. As a result we had to return our sectional however the process was very easy.

Stylish and comfortable choice for any living space. The modular design is a game-changer, offering flexibility to adapt to different settings, which was perfect for our family gatherings. The comfort level is commendable, with soft and supportive cushions that invite relaxation. However, the one drawback that brings my rating down to 3 stars is the high maintenance required. Despite this high-maintenance aspect, the couchs overall quality and comfort are noteworthy.

Extremely comfortable couch. Probably the most comfortable couch Ive ever had or been on. Easy to put together. Very rarely a feather will poke out of the inner pillow case which can be a little annoying, But hasnt happened often.

My fiance and I recently purchased the smaller sized modular sofa and we couldn't be more in love - worth the money! The whole process start to finish working with Komfi was great. It is beyond comfortable, everyone that has come over or seen it comments that its the nicest & most comfortable looking couch and IT IS! Highly recommend, I had shopped other local companies that make dupes of this couch but this one is by far the comfiest that I've tried! :)

So far, we love our sectional. The fabric is so soft and the sectional is deep and comfy. The service reps have been very responsive through any deliery issues/questions. Very Happy! My only concern was a delay due to landslides in BC.

If you're wanting a cloud type sofa, do NOT hesitate and purchase this one. It arrived today and I am so in-love with it. I have gone through much trial and error in the past few years to find the perfect sofa and I have finally found it with Komfi. Delivery was a super easy, the gentlemen were very nice and punctual.

Exactly what we were hoping for. Even the cozy size is huge! We were looking for the relaced look and are happy with the purchase. The performance fabric is great. You do have to adjust and reposition the cushions every few days but that's okay.

So cozy! Got this for my condo I just moved into and its like a cloud. I wont even sleep on my new mattress !!

Amazing. I have the RH sofa at my cottage but it costed $14K and is not as comfy. 4 out of 5 stars only because is took a month to arrive.

Love the couch but definitly requires upkeep with the cushions. I flip them once a week, which I dont mind, but that might not be for everyone.
