The comfort level is commendable, with soft and supportive cushions that invite relaxation. However, the one drawback that brings my rating down to 3 stars is the high maintenance required. Despite this high-maintenance aspect, the couchs overall quality and comfort are noteworthy.

The sectional was super comfy however it wasn't ideal for my husbands bad back. As a result we had to return our sectional. The process was very easy and I didn't have to pay a penny for the return, as it was within the 30 day trial period.
