However, our technical support team has proactively worked with those customers to resolve any problems that have surfaced, including in very isolated incidents. All isolated issues have since been resolved. Our product comes with a 2-year built-in warranty, no registration is required. We have you covered if needed.

Our EasyStart soft starter includes an error diagnostics feature for troubleshooting, and you have the option to send the information to our technical support team for assessment.
