Teak is known for its durability and water resistance. It's a solid wood that has a high oil content and requires very little maintenance. Teak is used for boatbuilding, which is a testament to its substantiality. It also makes for a great looking tray/organizer. This handsome decorative tray measures 16" L x 12" W x 4" H. It is rather large, so make sure that you have an area that will fit the tray. The organizer is beautifully crafted. It is stained a warm, rich sienna brown which shows off the beautiful grain of the wood. There is a slight sheen to the product, as it is vanished lightly for further protection. Each side panel is just about a 1/4" thick. This makes for one sturdy tray. Another positive feature is that all four corners are interconnected using dovetail joints, which is a method used for constructing a durable product. Use the tray in a variety of environments. Serve up drinks and snacks at a pool party or picnic. Neaten up your bathroom by organizing your toiletries in this handsome tray. It would make for a very attractive magazine holder. Place it in your guest bathroom and fill with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. Our intention for ordering the tray was to use it in our new RV, as it is nice looking and has very high sides (to keep various items from jostling around while driving). There are two easy to grip handles for effortlessly moving the tray. This VaeFae organizer would be a great addition to any home or RV. It's elegant-looking, functional and especially sturdy.

I like the appearance of teak and this tray shows of the wood's color quite well. It is fairly large and may not fit in locations like a bathroom counter. But there are many uses to which it can be put: holding items on a vanity table or even in the kitchen are just two ideas. It can even be used as a serving tray for food and drink. Other reviewers have noted the open slat design for the bottom. Small items could fall through or liquids could leak to the surface underneath. I would recommend that it not be used in wet areas or with items that tend to get wet or leak. The sides are high, which could be a plus for some purposes, such as holding larger items in the bedroom or a guest room, for magazines, tissues or other items. It arrived wrapped in plastic in a shipping carton, with a small card from the manufacturer thanking the purchaser. It reads, in part, "Dear friend, It is a great honor to share the most precious item with you." An email contact is provided as well. I wish more sellers would include such information.

What it is: Stained and clear coated teak tray with end handles, slatted base, and assembled with box joints. Dimensions 16ā€ long x 12ā€ wide x 4ā€ high. Why I like it: I’m using this primarily to organize supplies under the sink in our master bath. It is very sturdy (the box joints add style and strength), the handles add utility, and the slats provide drainage if used in a bath, shower, or sink area. It is mass produced, and it probably could have been prepped better before finishing. A bit sanding after assembly would take this to 5/5 stars. Overall, a very nice addition to your bath or poolside space.
