This bagel looks like a real bagel but is far from one. However it is a great alternative to a real bagel. It is what it says it is: a low-carb bread product. It's light like air but does the trick if you are missing having breakfast sandwiches. I lightly toast it, put light cream-cheese on it, 2oz. of lox and it looks and smells like the real deal, but it is so much lower in calories - only 250 for the whole sandwich - and doesn't weigh you down as it has far more protein grams (29) than carb grams (18). It's nice to have something resembling bread when you are on low-carb diet. The customers service is excellent by the way, they let me know that the flavor I picked (sesame) was close to expiring and asked me what I wanted to do. I opted in to ordering the Everything flavor and it was shipped fast. I keep the sliced up stash in my freezer (be sure to have enough freezer space for 6-7 medium sized bagels), so they stay fresh as I need them.

Omg we have been on low carb for a year and had no idea this bakery existed. These bagels hit the spot. They are normal sized but much lighter obviously. They arrived soft and fresh and we ate two right away with almond butter. Excellent. Tonight we toasted them and made egg sandwiches with them and they toasted up well. Can't wait to try other things with them. I see this bakery has bread and buns so will definitely order again. It may seem pricey but to me they are well worth it for a "bread" option. Also they did not impact my weight loss so they are truly low carb. They did not trigger a return to carbs so don't be afraid to try these!

I really enjoyed the taste, the thickness and the feeling of fullness I get after eating it. Most times I only eat half for breakfast. I store them in the refrigerator and take them out, cut them across then lengthwise to split them. Then I place in the microwave for 20 seconds. Then put a nice spread. I go with either buttery or lox cream cheese with a slice of deli turkey. So good... And it’s only 120 calories! So when I eat half, that’s only 60 calories. You can’t beat that. On the down side, when I first started eating them I got a mild upset stomach. But I stuck with them and now I don’t get thati at all...

For someone who is looking for a low-carb way to keep bagels in their life, this is a good choice. They are not exactly bagel-like -- they are much lighter, for example -- but for the way I use them (in a sandwich maker, to make a morning breakfast sandwich) they taste and work fine. I keep them frozen, and pop one in the microwave for 20 seconds to thaw. Slice, and then use like a bagel. When I switched to a low-carb diet, the hardest thing for me to give up was my morning breakfast sandwich; now, it's back, and life is good again. Thanks,Great Low Carb Baking Company!

I am changing my initial review. The bags were not labeled at all. I was pretty worried about reordering because of the mold reviews. I decided to avoid 3rd party sellers on Amazon and went straight to the Great Low Carb Bread Company website and ordered directly form them. Fed Ex two day option. No mold and everything was labeled correctly. The product is great. I inspected everything and put directly into the freezer. I think the issue is the seller where the mold is concerned not the product.

I love the rye bread from this company and have been missing bagels w my low carb life, so I thought I would give them a try. Arrived a few days early, which is awesome! They are a little fluffier than traditional bagels, but the taste is good. They are very filling with a bit of cream cheese they hit the spot. The only reason they have 4 stars not 5 is that the sesame seeds are gone by the time it is toasted... so more like a plain bagel, but that is my one and only complaint.

I LOVE THESE BAGELS!!!! Growing up with bagels as a staple in our house I have missed them more than any other food on my low carb lifestyle. Now I can have them back ! Thank you for such a quality product . Great toasted with butter or cream cheese & fruit, or make a breakfast sandwich with some eggs & cheese. It works out to 2.50$ a bagel for me which is very reasonable to be able to enjoy my favorite bread product on low carb diet . 2 NET CARBS!! 👍🏻

This is a great low carb (net carb) alternative. The price is a bit steep but it’s not as bad as other breads. I used this for sandwiches and just added lots of mayo and mustard to make it a bit softer. You can’t complain about the stiffness of the bread if you’re on Keto or a low carb diet...not everything in life is perfect! I do wish these were cheaper because I would love to continue buying this bread.

I've tried a few different no/low carb bagels, and these are my favorite. However, if you buy a low/no carb bagel and expect it to have the same flavor and mouthfeel as a New York bagel, you're gonna have a bad time. Also, I like 'mine toasted, but they can be easy to over-do; lightly toasted does it, otherwise, they can get on the cardboardy side. These are my go-to low-carb bagel.

Bagels arrived in a package and not a box. Obviously they were crushed beyond salvage. Crushed bagels, no flavor and dried out. I should have known better than to place an order with this company, the reviews speak loudly enough. As everyone has been saying, don’t waste your money on this company!

I grill these in butter on stove eye. Have a fried egg on one half and a small amount of natural peanut butter on other half for low carb breakfast at under 300 calories. I go to bed anticipating my great breakfast, but I'm easily pleased and thrilled I found these

I was extremely skeptical about what these bagels would taste like. I'm happy to say after starting on my second bag- they're delicious! I stored them in the freezer and it didn't seem to affect them (taste or texture). Thanks for reminding me to reorder!

AFTER READING SOME OF THE REVIEWS I WAS A BIT UNEASY ABOUT TRYING THESE BUT THEY ARRIVED EARLY AND WERE VERY FRESH. I AM ON LOW CARB DIET AND WAS SO HAPPY WITH HOW TASTY THEY ARE. DID PUT THEM IN FREEZER AS RECOMMENDED. THANK YOU FOR GREAT PRODUCT

I have now gone through three orders of these Keto Bagels from The Great Low Carb Bread Co. They are wonderful. Only 2 net carbs. The texture is as close to a full carb bagel as I have found. I can't say enough about them.

I like having a low carb bagel now and then, these really filled a void. I freeze them as soon as they arrive. Of course they aren't the same as "real bagels" but they are still good. The price sucks though.
