For someone who is looking for a low-carb way to keep bagels in their life, this is a good choice. They are not exactly bagel-like -- they are much lighter, for example -- but for the way I use them (in a sandwich maker, to make a morning breakfast sandwich) they taste and work fine. I keep them frozen, and pop one in the microwave for 20 seconds to thaw. Slice, and then use like a bagel. When I switched to a low-carb diet, the hardest thing for me to give up was my morning breakfast sandwich; now, it's back, and life is good again. Thanks,Great Low Carb Baking Company!
