This is a great alternative if you like boxed mac & cheese. It will not be like craft mac & cheese, but but it satisfies my urge. It has lower calories and more fiber, which I need for the diet I’m on. I think it taste great.

I truly enjoy this treat on occasion when only comfort food will do! Easy to prepare and for me best if I add some additional shredded cheddar melted in or on top.

Loved it. Couldn't tell the difference from regular pasta. Haven't bought more because it's expensive. Not sure why it needs to cost ~$4 per bag.

EXCELLENT product and transaction! This tastes really good and I can eat more of it on my diet plan. I mix in some chicken and sometimes peas or green beans.
