Needs a lot of extra help because it’s very dry otherwise (especially if you reheat it). I add some almond milk and sometimes a heaping tablespoon of cream cheese or spreadable goat cheese to help make this creamier. Also lots of hot sauce

The last thing I should be eating is Mac & Cheese. At least Fiber Gourmet takes away some of the guilt with their high-protein, low calorie option. It feels pretty indulgent.

This Mac n cheese is actually VERY flavorful and it is a pretty nice alternative to just basic Mac n cheese if you’re being health conscious about what you’re eating. The fiber content is very high so you don’t need to eat a lot before feeling full. Just a word of warning though that if you track macros, the carb count per serving is still fairly high. To me it’s worth the extra carbs because the taste is great and the preparation was super easy

Even when adding plant based butter, not as creamy as regular Mac and cheese but it is a good substitute. Serving size listed must be dry even though it says prepared. After the directions it says "makes about three cups" and the nutrition facts say three servings per bag but it lists 2.5 oz as a serving and one cup was a little over 4 oz. I added a little garlic and onion powder too. I will buy again. Most substitute noodles taste so 'off' it detracts from the sauce. Here, the noodles taste normal, I just think the sauce is a little bland. Noodles stayed firm even upon reheating.

I love this mac and cheese. The noodles are seriously good and you do not notice a difference with the lower calorie and high fiber content. The cheese flavor is super good too. A perfect change for Kraft. Downside for me was that the price is really high per box that it makes it hard for me to purchase.
