In my Keto journey, I've been trying out several types of keto/paleo friendly cereal's. Being a child who grew up eating lots of breakfast cereals, I missed that milk/cereal/crunch type of meal. This is pretty close to the mark. The cost to portion ratio threw me off. You get 5 packets in your box and for the cost of a small cereal box you get one individual bag of cereal. At first I was put off by this until I realized that based on ingredients, distribution and the audience, it's not a terrible price point. Sure you pay a bit more, but we generally pay more for healthier substitutes in our foods. At least, from my own experience. Now the big thing... taste. The initial taste if fantastic. It tasted like a I was eating a certain name brand chocolate cereal puff. It was great! But then I added almond milk for most of the meals, and another time 2% milk because I was out. It was great for the first minute or two. Then the cereal got soggy quick and the taste was not as potent. It was there, just not as in your face "yum" I experienced on the first couple of bites. Minor quibble. Would I recommend these? Yes. In fact, I just finished my last bag yesterday and am debating on ordering more before the holidays. I've tried the other "rice crispy" brand of keto cereals, and I've enjoyed them, but this... ho boy... this one is amazing in comparison. I'm looking forward to trying their other flavors and maybe even trying this one again. So if you're a keto, paleo or just a low carb conscientious eater, I spoonfully recommend this product. I've enjoyed it and I hope you will as well!

Taste Profiles: — The “coca” flavor is not really accurate, as the taste is very similar to the marshmallows in Lucky Charms. While I am a chocoholic, I enjoy the Lucky Charms taste, so this was not an issue for me. — The “cinnamon” flavor is super accurate and, in my opinion, the best of the flavors. Ingredients: The cereal sources protein from soy, which is neither ideal nor compatible with all diets and bodies. Moreover, from a cost perspective, soy seems like a cheaper protein source. Portion: While the portion size is not large, I do not mind, as I actually use this cereal to improve the nutritional profile of other cereals. My Recommended Use: Typically, I mix a sachet of the “coca” cereal with a cup of Three Wishes Honey or Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheerios, and I mix the “cinnamon” cereal with a cup of Three Wishes Cinnamon. To be full on this cereal alone, someone with an average appetite would need more than one sachet (2 to 3). Why I Bought the Product: Aside from loving cereal, I am an avid gym-goer and, as a result, obsessed with managing my macros and having protein-rich meals/snacks to help build lean muscle.

This is hands-down the best low carb cereal we have ever eaten, bar none. Flavor is great. Its not as good as our favorite regular breakfast cereal, but its close and its better than lots of regular cereals in our minds. Stays very crunchy in milk and very tasty. The problem is, it might be cheaper to eat solid gold if you are looking to actually fill your stomach. There *has* to be a price break somewhere on these. Order a case? A pallet? A entire cargo-ship's worth? Seriously the cost per ounce is double-take inducing and the overall cost is just to prohibitive to make this a regular cereal replacement on a daily basis and we're fairly upper-middle class / lower-upper class. Good thing for me I don't really eat breakfast so its viewed more as a treat than a food time. So we have this auto-filled by subscription and to be honest, more than we probably should. But again, they really nailed the recipe on this one.

I’m not really a review type person, there are rarely things so good to inspire me to go through all the effort of leaving a review to say something good, but this cereal is one of them. I’ve been missing cereal every time I do keto, and it’s one of those cravings that has been known to send me backwards. The cereal is perfect, the crunch is perfect, it even gets less soggy than my normal cereal which is a huge bonus! Chocolatey like you want a chocolate cereal to be, not disgustingly sweet but definitely not bland or bitter. I wish it were a small bit more affordable but you do get what you pay for here. Also the packets originally felt quite small to me, I was initially disappointed but after pouring a packet in the bowl, half way through eating it I realized just how filling and satisfying it is, I’m not exaggerating saying the portion is seriously perfectly sized.

These are really starting to grow on me! The crunch is good and the taste is pretty good. It's better in milk than dry. It really did give me that cocoa puff kind of fix, but crunchier. And I wish that it made my milk chocolatey, which it did not really do. And I wish it was slightly sweeter than it is. But it's delicious nonetheless, and surprisingly filling, due to the protein. I like that it does not really get soggy in milk. Great low-carb option. However, if you are doing keto, the macro ratios are too low in fat. You'll have to boost your fat elsewhere. I use 1-2 tbs of heavy whipping cream instead of milk. This cereal is just way too pricey here on Amazon. It's cheaper on Wholesome Privision's site (the manufacturer).

I really love this cereal. I eat it as a mid-morning snack. FYI. It doesn’t taste like regular, off-the-store shelf, cereal so my first taste was unexpectedly sweet. Now? I love it! It’s part of my daily food regime because it’s perfectly portioned and way to pack in my lunch or purse. It has been an important part of my weight loss journey. 35 down and 25 more to loose. I eat it while drinking water and I’m filled up. You could eat it with milk or milk substitute and I’m sure it would taste great. I don’t do dairy so I prefer to eat it while drinking my water or sipping coffee. I hope they come out with more flavors. So far I’ve had cocoa, honey nut, and now cinnamon. I love them all.

I definitely like the cereal. It's got a nice chocolate flavor, not too sweet. The individual portions are just right. I would have gone five stars, but I can't deny that this cereal is expensive. Like a lot of "healthy food" products -- you're gonna pay more than you would for grocery store cereal. I used to buy Special K Protein (plain) but can't get it anymore (they only sell the sweetened versions, which raises the carb levels.) Again, I like this cereal and have bought it several times. I just wish it didn't cost quite so much for what you get. At the moment, it's 14 dollars for five bowls of cereal -- you do the math.

I want to take the time to thank you. Thank you for making a cereal that my daughter who battles intractable epilepsy could actually enjoy and she enjoyed it thoroughly! My daughter has to live a Keto way of life or the alternative will be clusters of tonic clonic seizures that could take her life. Although she never complains about much in life, she does on occasion mention some of the foods she missed, cereal being one of them. Thanks to you, it is a complaint no one will hear again. She LOVES your cereal and we most definitely will be ordering again! Thanks again from the bottoms of our Purple Hearts! 💜

I don’t do reviews. I’m vegan for years. On keto diet for 2 weeks. Craved cereal. I haven’t had cereal for years. Both these and had unsweetened almond milk with them. They blew my mind. I’m not sure if it was the lack of anything sweet for two weeks but these were totally great. Next day I tried them with extra almond milk. I advice not doing that as it dilutes the sweet cocoa flavor. Yes the portions are small. Yes folks say not worth it for price. But for being vegan, taste and keto friendly - I’m definitely buying again.

This a a good product that can give you the sweet crunch you’re craving when on a low-carb diet, especially when you add some unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The individual envelopes help you control portion size, however one packet might be a bit small for a man-size appetite. The flavor is good but not exactly like the full-carb, sugar-laden cereal I’m used to. I can definitely live with it, though, as I watch the pounds continue to melt away. The only down side is the cost is a bit high. My health is worth it, though.

These are good for what they are. I'm currently trying to do a lower carb diet and frequently crave cereal, these are a good alternative to normal sugary cereals. They come in separate small packages which makes it easy to stick to portion sizes. My only issue is they are so so sweet! I eat them in whole milk or unsweetened almond milk and that tones them down a bit. Also eat them quickly! Usually I like to let normal cereal absorb some if the milk, but these are not good after they become even a little soggy!

My usual protein cereal hasn't been in stock so I decided to try this one.. Overall I'm pleasantly surprised... It has less calories and carbs than my original one and you get alot more in the bag... both the cocoa and the cinnamon taste good but the cinnamon does leave a little bit of an aftertaste in your mouth... I mix my cereal in the dannon lite and fit marshmallow yogurt and it's really delicious! However, it Is quite expensive! Not sure how long I will keep buying this only because of the price..

Taste/Texture: It tastes like a chocolate kids cereal, the cocoa flavor is actually pretty good. The texture takes some getting used to, but if you let it sit for a minute in unsweetened almond milk, it’s better. Portion/Value: While the portion is small, I actually feel full. Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s also convenient coming prepackaged. Also, for 8 grams of carbs- you can’t beat it! Just keep in mind, it’s not Coco Puffs, it’s a low carb- High protein substitute.

Looks can be deceiving but the taste is not. This is certainly not your every morning cereal unless you have the money to throw at it. Four servings is all you get, but the taste is amazing. I expected a bland or powdery taste but I kid you not, this really does taste good. If you are real strict on what you eat and just need something to help crave your cereal craving then this is it. I will probably buy again just as a once a week breakfast.

**UPDATED** Coco flavor...7/10 Cinnamon 9/10 Berry -46,380,518/10. Awful. I couldn’t even chew and swallow the one bite I took. I literally spit it out. I’ve been doing Keto for about 6 weeks. I miss cereal the most. I miss all the carbs but cereal has been rough for me! I finally pulled the trigger and got this and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!! It’s so delicious, has a perfect crunch and doesn’t taste like fake sugar! YUM YUM YUM!
