For me, with milk the cereal is too salty. I checked the other flavors online and they have less sodium. When I ate the cereal with yogurt, it was a bit better. will check out other flavors with less sodium.

My usual protein cereal hasn't been in stock so I decided to try this one.. Overall I'm pleasantly surprised... It has less calories and carbs than my original one and you get alot more in the bag... both the cocoa and the cinnamon taste good but the cinnamon does leave a little bit of an aftertaste in your mouth... I mix my cereal in the dannon lite and fit marshmallow yogurt and it's really delicious! However, it Is quite expensive! Not sure how long I will keep buying this only because of the price..

I love this cereal! It's a great replacement for Kay's Naturals which is no longer available. The only problem for me is that it was shipped in a plastic bag and the individual boxes were pretty well destroyed. Fortunately, the packets inside were OK. But I hope the manufacturer will read this and put these flimsy cereal boxes in a stronger outer box!

I actually do like this and the portion size is perfect. They're a bit costly but I would get them again.

Love the taste and like the individually portioned bags. I just eat it dry out of the bag. Delicious but as others have said and as is plainfully obvious its pretty expensive. At like 8 or 10 bucks would be way better.

The best low carb cereal that it dairy free. Very expensive but no replacement and tastes really great. Just like cheerios and coco crispies together but healthy

Good alternative to high carb cereal. High protein and low carb is a plus. Flavor is over the top. Added more almond milk and let the cereal soak for 5 mins to decrease the bold flavor. Small portion but I’m use to pouring a double or triple sized bowl full of cereal. Very fulfilling.

This cereal taste very good but you get so very little or bag. You don't get alot for your money. They should add extra bags.

In my Keto journey, I've been trying out several types of keto/paleo friendly cereal's. Being a child who grew up eating lots of breakfast cereals, I missed that milk/cereal/crunch type of meal. This is pretty close to the mark. The cost to portion ratio threw me off. You get 5 packets in your box and for the cost of a small cereal box you get one individual bag of cereal. At first I was put off by this until I realized that based on ingredients, distribution and the audience, it's not a terrible price point. Sure you pay a bit more, but we generally pay more for healthier substitutes in our foods. At least, from my own experience. Now the big thing... taste. The initial taste if fantastic. It tasted like a I was eating a certain name brand chocolate cereal puff. It was great! But then I added almond milk for most of the meals, and another time 2% milk because I was out. It was great for the first minute or two. Then the cereal got soggy quick and the taste was not as potent. It was there, just not as in your face "yum" I experienced on the first couple of bites. Minor quibble. Would I recommend these? Yes. In fact, I just finished my last bag yesterday and am debating on ordering more before the holidays. I've tried the other "rice crispy" brand of keto cereals, and I've enjoyed them, but this... ho boy... this one is amazing in comparison. I'm looking forward to trying their other flavors and maybe even trying this one again. So if you're a keto, paleo or just a low carb conscientious eater, I spoonfully recommend this product. I've enjoyed it and I hope you will as well!

Taste/Texture: It tastes like a chocolate kids cereal, the cocoa flavor is actually pretty good. The texture takes some getting used to, but if you let it sit for a minute in unsweetened almond milk, it’s better. Portion/Value: While the portion is small, I actually feel full. Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s also convenient coming prepackaged. Also, for 8 grams of carbs- you can’t beat it! Just keep in mind, it’s not Coco Puffs, it’s a low carb- High protein substitute.

Was also skeptical of these...BUT..I was pleasantly surprised that they were so tasty. Great cocoa flavor!! I like my cereal dry...but this will be good in some almond milk.

So this was some expensive cereal BUT the taste was not horrible and just had that weird after taste that a lot of diet food has ( I need to just get used to it) I also like that it's already preportioned because honey when I get around some cereal I be eating two full bowls so I'm glad it helps with me controlling portion size and doesn't taste bad. I'll probably buy it again as I continue to progress in my weightloss/health journey

This a a good product that can give you the sweet crunch you’re craving when on a low-carb diet, especially when you add some unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The individual envelopes help you control portion size, however one packet might be a bit small for a man-size appetite. The flavor is good but not exactly like the full-carb, sugar-laden cereal I’m used to. I can definitely live with it, though, as I watch the pounds continue to melt away. The only down side is the cost is a bit high. My health is worth it, though.

Great taste, good quality. May not be 100% keto but it's a good start. It contains Sucralose. An erythritol substitute would make this product 100% keto friendly.

Good flavor. Texture... it was harder and rougher than regular cereal. On the upside, that attribute allows more time to enjoy it ...and you’ll want to take your time because it’s the most expensive bowl of cereal you’ll ever eat.
