Keeping a bottle cold is really easy with this stainless steel wine cooler. It doesn't need a supply of ice, or to be placed in the freezer to use it. Just chill your wine first, pop it in the cooler and it will stay cold. It will be ideal for outdoor use, as hiking up and down the garden to the fridge to top up a glass is not what you want when you're enjoying a relaxing time or in the midst of conversation. A family member said it looked like I'd got a thermos flask for wine. I guess it does have that aesthetic about it, perhaps because it's made from stainless steel and is double walled insulated. The top is placed over the neck of the bottle and screwed down. There's a ring of rubberised material around the opening to keep the bottle secured when the lid is in place. There's also a non slip base. In reality, it looks exactly like the images in the description. There are circular dimples on the sides which make it easier to grip, although I think it's rather bulky and it's not comfortable for me to use. My hand is really stretched to the max when holding it. It's designed to take various sized bottles, and if you're not filling it with Champagne or Prosecco, it's probably wider than it needs to be for a standard bottle of wine. There's a recess at the bottom, where a slimmer bottle will fit in, and then there's a huge gap down the sides between the bottle and the container. The New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc I've so far used it with doesn't sit comfortably either in the recessed base, or on the inside rim properly, and only by twisting the lid down is the bottle held securely in place, or it would be sliding and wobbling around inside. It's a simple and clever design, but I do think it's also too wide and clumsy for me. There's a metal bottle stopper included too. It's got a heavy top on it, so ideal for sealing down into an opened bottle. Again, I'm not sure how useful this is for most wines these days, as corks have been replaced by screw tops. For champagne type bottles though, again this would be most useful. It would certainly make a welcome gift to take to a party, barbeque or house warming. It's well presented and it's smart and stylish. Perhaps it's best used for fizz.

This wine cooler arrives in a very nice looking box (it would certainly make a good present) and when unpacked it looks quite smart. We tested it at the first family barbecue of the year - sadly there's only been one so far thanks to the non-Spring-like weather here in the UK. Ideally I'd have waited a bit longer before posting a review, in the hope that the weather might heat up, so this is very much a first impression. The wine bottle needs to be cooled in the fridge before being placed in the cooler but then the double-walled insulation does a good job to maintain the temperature. I'm not sure the claimed 6 hours would be achievable on a really hot day but most bottles of wine or champagne don't last that long anyway before they're fully consumed :). In fact, everything works as it should, including the wine stopper. My one reservation so far (apart from not having tested this on a hot day) is that single-handed pouring would probably be impossible for anyone with less than large hands. The dimples make the cooler easy to grip but the circumference is such that I could only hold it with both hands. Everyone at the barbecue had a go at holding it and the men definitely had more success with a one-handed grip than any of the women. Perhaps this cooler is a touch on the expensive side, £39.99 at the time of this review, but it's good quality and so far has worked well. Recommended.

This cooler works perfectly. I love all wine and particularly like to keep my white wine and champagne well chilled. This cooler couldn’t be simpler, refrigerate your wine as you would normally and when you’re ready to open it pop it in the cooler and attach the lid. It’s that easy. You don’t need ice, you don’t need to sit it in the freezer. It couldn’t be faster. The best bit is it works really well for hours. I can’t tell you that it lasted for six hours as my wine didn’t last that long! But I don’t doubt it for a second. Its ergonomic design is easy to handle and grip, and looks stylish on my table. I’m looking forward to taking it out on the patio with me in the summer. It’s fairly priced and would make an awesome gift for anyone like me who loves their wine. I hope you find my review helpful.

Smart looking cooler, and actually does the job very well. Having used all sorts over the years, from double-walled clear acrylic to single-wall stainless, this Elevare does the job for longer, and looks the business while it's doing it. It's definitely one of those things where the price-point may cause you to pause and think about a purchase for yourself, but you'd be chuffed to receive it as a gift. Have to admit that I fall into that catagory, but having seen and used it, I know it's something that will be used and enjoyed for years to come. Roll on the summer!. On a quality/value-for-money basis... 4-Stars (5 if the price falls a little).

This wine cooler does not disappoint! I thought it might look silly, giving the bottle a strange proportion, but it’s actually quite elegant. Way more attractive than some sort of neoprene koozie. It also works well. Wine stays chilled without the need for an ice bucket. I wish I had this for our recent holiday party. It would have been perfect for the champagne. It has a rubber base, which makes it feel stable. I was pleasantly surprised by the included stopper. It’s nicer than others I have because it’s slender enough to seat fully in the bottle. The packaging was also fancy, so it would make a great gift. Excellent product.

Firstly, the packaging is stunning. From the moment I received the product, I knew it was something special. The box itself has some elegance and sophistication, it’s perfect for gifting. Moving on to the wine cooler itself, the quality is exceptionel. Made from double-walled stainless steel, it not only looks modern and stylish but also performs very well. My wine stays perfectly chilled for hours on end. I've also found it to be ideal for champagne and other beverages. It’s a must-have accessory for any wine or champagne lover.

Smart and well presented in a posh box which will serve well to keep the flask in when not in use. The cooler itself is basically like a huge travel mug, big enough for a bottle. It would benefit from being stored in the fridge / freezer before use to make it really cold as it does not have an electric/battery cooler mechanism. We worked out that we could put ice in the base (there is a dip in it) before adding the bottle which worked well. A very smart cooler for the table which would make a nice, if pricey, gift.

Well made, looks good and easy to use. This will be excellent in the summer to keep wine nicely cooled. The stopper is quite weighty which is good as it will fit the bottle to keep bugs out, who needs a stopper to keep wine for another day! The cooler is well presented in a really classy looking round box so it would make a nice present. I think it would be good if the cooler could be offered in a nice bright colour rather than the classy but slightly boring colours that are available.

This is an excellent wine cooler and I'm delighted with it. It kept our champagne fridge cool until we'd finished the bottle (OK, that wasn't too long, but certainly long enough to pass the test). It looks really stylish (we bought the black one) and pours really easily due to the screw top. And the best bit of all is that you get no drips as with conventional coolers and don't have to keep refreshing the ice for the next bottle. I love it in fact.

This I think, feels very luxe; you can tell it's nice quality from the weight and the impeccable finish. It's understated with its design but the textured surface gives it a more unique, distinctive look which I really like. It's double walled with a stainless steel interior to help keep everything perfectly cool. Really giftable too with the branded tube it comes in, very nice!

Firstly this comes in a lovely round presentation box. The cooler itself has a top that screws off, the bottle can then placed inside and the lid put back, and the bottle neck is held in place by a rubber collar on the lid. Once a chilled bottle is placed inside it keeps it nice and cool without having to worry about ice. Also you get a nice wine stopper in the pack as well.

I got tired of sitting my opened wine in the fridge to chill. This allows me to keep it out and literally requires nothing but putting bottle in it. Just what I wanted. if you know of someone who like wine, then this is a perfect gift for them. Keeps the bottle chilled for hours without have to run back and forth to the refrigerator to get the bottle. Very stylish.

Very sophisticated and well made wine cooler. We are wine lovers, so it arrived and we have tested it at the same time, definitely works, the red wine was delicious and chilled for hours, looking forward for the summer days to appreciate the champagne without being too warm. Beautiful idea also for wine lovers, I would love to be gifted with one. Really recommend it

Arrives in a lovely looking box, ideal if being given as a gift You receive a good looking well made wine cooler. The cooler is made from stainless steel, two layers create the insulation. The black finish is very smart, looks so much better than I thought it would. Works a treat, nicely presented, would make a lovely gift.

I used this last night whilst I shared a bottle or two with a friend. It kept the bottle cool for hours and did a really good job! It also comes with a stopper, which is really useful. There's a lovely premium feel about it all. Classy even. I think this would be a great gift for someone that's a wine drinker.
