The sectional was super comfy however it wasn't ideal for my husbands bad back. As a result we had to return our sectional. The process was very easy and I didn't have to pay a penny for the return, as it was within the 30 day trial period.

Despite this high-maintenance aspect, the couchs overall quality and comfort are noteworthy.

Love the couch but definitly requires upkeep with the cushions. I flip them once a week, which I dont mind, but that might not be for everyone.

Extremely comfortable couch. Probably the most comfortable couch Ive ever had or been on. Easy to put together. Very rarely a feather will poke out of the inner pillow case which can be a little annoying, But hasnt happened often.

My fiance and I recently purchased the smaller sized modular sofa and we couldn't be more in love - worth the money! The whole process start to finish working with Komfi was great. It is beyond comfortable, everyone that has come over or seen it comments that its the nicest & most comfortable looking couch and IT IS! Highly recommend, I had shopped other local companies that make dupes of this couch but this one is by far the comfiest that I've tried! :)

Amazing. I have the RH sofa at my cottage but it costed $14K and is not as comfy. 4 out of 5 stars only because is took a month to arrive.

So far, we love our sectional. The fabric is so soft and the sectional is deep and comfy. The service reps have been very responsive through any deliery issues/questions. Very Happy! My only concern was a delay due to landslides in BC.

Exactly what we were hoping for. Even the cozy size is huge! We were looking for the relaced look and are happy with the purchase. The performance fabric is great. You do have to adjust and reposition the cushions every few days but that's okay.

Great experience with Komfi! I purchased my 4 seater and after a few months realized I wanted to change the color. I emailed support and they helped me order new covers for the sectional. They arrived in about a month and easily attached to the frame with Velcro. Love my sectional and so happy I went with Komfi!

Were incredibly happy with our new couch. It is as comfortable as every review claims and the color is perfect. This couch is one that were not afraid to let our kids jump on and is perfect for our basement. The delivery and install was also a dream - timely communication, respectful furniture moving in the house and they even took all the packaging!

This couch is everything I wanted it to be-plush, oversized (in all the right ways) and comfortable. I only wish I purchased it sooner.

I stalked Instagrams and reviews. the price made it a no brainerI was sold. The order arrived in 3 weeks and the couch is amazingly comfortable. Overall a great experience and customer service. Would recommend so far!
