I have issues with my sacrum for a long time. It's very difficult to stretch that area and I have tried a few different product for this. This one was unique because it's very stiff. Not only that but it rocks side to side. The website states that you need to relax with it placed on your sacrum and rock side to side. What I found was that while rocking side to side it didn't quite get into my muscles deep enough. It's almost like it needed to be a little thinner and have higher sides. I am also usually very tender and even when using a foam roller I use a softer roller. This was a little too harsh for me. I wish it had been made of a more firm foam vs a hard plastic. I do think this could work for SOME people but it didn't quite work for me.

I absolutely love this. I needed something to help my back and hip pain, so I wanted to try this. I started using this in multiple areas up my back but mainly the sacral area is where I noticed the most impact from using this. The side-to-side rocking motion is easy with the way this was designed. I've noticed improvement in the amount of pain I feel when I wake in the morning if I use this for stretching the night before. I'm using this as often as possible so I can continue to see improvement.

Good tool for working muscles. Came with no instructions though they do offer them online a their website. Wife has been using it and though she states it’s hard, it does help with her lower aback pain shh just Ds tooth herself to use it. I won’t offer any medical claims beyond that as I am not a doctor and no clinical study done.

There aren't any instructions included, so I'm not sure I'm doing it right. I placed it on the floor and layed on it where I thought it would feel good, and it did but also it felt kinda weird, so I moved it, but still not sure I had it in the right location. I wish it came with an instruction sheet or even better, a video were included on their website.
