This is the best back “gadget” I’ve ever tried. It fully relaxes the tight muscles between my shoulder blades and I use it every evening after getting sore from a long day typing at work

5 Stars - Compact, Effective, and Easy to Use!After a couple of weeks of using the HALO Spine Stretcher, I can say it makes a difference! Just a few minutes on it each day helps ease the tension in my back. It’s like getting a deep-tissue massage. The acupressure points dig into those tight spots, and I feel so relaxed afterward. I love how compact and effective the Halo Spine Stretcher is! It doesn't take up much space but delivers incredible back relief.

I get deep knots under my shoulder blades that create tension from my skull to my tailbone. A few minutes of stretching with this product and I feel the tension release through my entire back. I can gently rock while stretching and feel those deep knots releasing. Nothing I’ve used does this so effectively. Finally the relief I need!

I waited to write this review as I really wanted to use the product and understand it's effectiveness. Well, not only am I stretching but I am back to working out. This was the relief I needed. Well done.

I've been trying this spine stretcher for a few days now and it's been fantastic. I'm sitting constantly and have lower back tension/pain. I felt immediate relief after laying on this for just 5 minutes. My spine felt more open just like I came back from the chiropractor. This is a great, quick and easy way to relieve some tension in my spine and neck from the convenience of my home. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody.

As soon as you lay down on the spine stretcher you can feel it working right away, I lie on mine daily. It keeps my back really loose for golf as well as relieving the tension from working grounds crew all day. It made a great addition to the other halo products that I already have!

My back tends to tighten up after a long run. The HALO back stretcher hits all the right spots and helps me stretch all the right places. This is my home chiropractor. Love it.

This may not replace more expensive methods or a visit to a masseuse/chiropractor but it certainly does feel good! It feels like several lacrosse balls stitched together. I'm not sure it's quite a one-size-fits-all deal but it does fill a difficult to reach need for massaging the muscles lining the spine and decompressing.

Very simple to use with good results if your back is sore and needs some stretching. The item is pretty long and will most likely exceed your entire back. It does feel good when you lay your neck on it as well to help alleviate cramps and stiffness. Good product!

Great placement of balls to cradle your spine

This product has been a great addition to my home - I am a yogi, a competitive dancer, and an office worker. The hours in a chair of office work leaves me with a pelvic tilt that wreaks havoc when I dance, that I use yoga to correct. This spine stretcher has been a god send with helping with the pelvic tilt that causes a lot of lower back pain, and has been more effective in ways than yoga on its own. This product has the appearance and feel of a lot of care and research put into it - it is thoughtfully packaged and well-branded, and the claims seem reputable. This is a brand selling on Amazon - not an Amazon brand. The price is a little steep, but I think the product, especially considering the benefits on long term spinal health, are worth it in the long run.

Having been cursed with lots of back problems I have tried many devices to adjust my spine. I've been to chiropractors and orthopedic doctors. I have lots of weird little devices. Previously, one of the best things was simply to lay on tennis balls under my back. This thing is like a whole string of tennis balls that are held in place together and go in all the proper places on your spine. It works wonderful, just like the tennis ball trick only pushed up a notch!

I have bulging discs and sciatica so I look for things that will help my back feel better. If I’m being totally honest, stretching helps but I never do it. It just seems like I don’t have time to just sit down and stretch. Excuses, excuses. I really didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this but it wasn’t what I think about this product. At first I thought oh, heck no. A bunch of hard balls for me to lay my back on? No. Of course I did try it. I actually laid it on my bed first since I was already worried about how painful it would be. Surprisingly it was nice. It didn’t hurt at all and kind of felt nice. I moved to the floor and I can really feel this thing working. I don’t know how a bunch of hard balls can fix what a doctor can’t, but there you have it. Cheaper than a doctor visit & works too!

The "balls" indise are made of hard plastic bit still comfortable. Take some getbused to but the other day I had a huge pain between my shoulder blades and only had 1 min to do something as I needed to go tomwork I used and the pain went away and didn't come back. Highly recommend
