I started seeing a personal trainer this year and he opened my eyes to the benefits of stretching. I bought this Halo stretcher and I have nothing but great results to report back. It’s small and easy for me to use on my home office desk chair which is probably the root of my back pain in the first place. But it’s also nice to roll on the floor in the mornings or anytime I’m feeling stiff. The little nodes feel great and hit the right spots, giving you a similar effect to getting a back massage. I think the best part is how I feel now at the end of the day. Instead of my back being tight and sore, it is so much more relaxed. Great bang for the buck. Anyone getting older like me should consider trying one!

I cannot use a vibrating massager like massage guns, etc., because it makes my skin itchy. I learned that this is a condition called vibratory urticaria. After researching a few products, I finally bought this one, and it’s exactly what I needed! The nodes don’t move, which is what I wanted. It hits all the main pressure points for my lower back. I use it while sitting in a chair and on the floor for a deeper stretch. I also like that it’s lightweight and made of sturdy material. I also love that you can remove the cover and throw it in the washing machine. My husband also uses this, and he’s 6’4” (I’m 5’5”). Will definitely need to buy another one just for him! I highly recommend it!

I have degenerative spinal disease in my neck, upper back and lower back. It is uncomfortable and even painful when sitting on the sofa or in my desk chair for too long or while standing or walking too long. I practice yoga daily but sometimes need a bit more help. This massage cushion really helps to alleviate pain and discomfort in my back and neck. I use it both while sitting on the sofa or at my desk and before or after yoga on the floor. I like the contour of the cushion and I love the nubs. The cushion is firm with the nubs having a slight give. The cover comes off for easy cleaning. The fabric has a bit of a texture. Cushion and cover seem to be made very well. I am very happy I ordered!!
