I wasnt really sure what to expect with this honestly but had been seeing ads for similar ones so i thought why now! I was surprised with how easy it was to use it and how well it actually helps you stretch. Its nice to lay on the floor with but if you are doing it in a chair it does move. There isnt a strap or anything on the actual stretcher so there is no way of keeping it in place. Its really lightweight so you can move it around with you where ever you go. The material seems nice and like it will hold up.
