The app will only connect to the device when I am home and with the phone bluetooth enabled, not remotely anywhere as advertised. I still love the upgrade from the old coleman mack thermostat though! I love the touchscreen and the settings are easy to navigate. Also, installation was a breeze! But, I did buy this specifically for the advertised remote access feature, so that's a bummer. Help?
