Purchased thru Amazon. Started thru installation guide; couldn’t find the wires to re-route in my 2005 overhead unit. Called customer service and spent a couple of hours on the phone and text with Derek and figured it all out. Thank you Derek and Micro Air for a great product and even better service.

I found easy air unit after replacing my factory unit at over $100 more than the easy air and it lasting a week! I ordered the unit installation was super easy, plug and play! I’ve had it for over a year with no issues! I had a couple questions at set up, Kevin was amazing, walked me right through it. Since I have installed mine in my class A, five of my neighbors have now switched theirs to easy airs.
