I installed the EZ touch thermostat and it was VERY simple. They did an excellent job on the instructions. It was mostly plug and play for my Dometic Duotherm replacement. I just had to switch one wire in the roof-top unit, but as I said the instructions were very clear and easy to follow! I have it connected to wifi, and it does a great job with everything it does. The only thing I dont love is the user interface. The UI of the app and the thermostat itself seems very outdated. A more modern refresh to the UI to be similar to other smart thermostats would be a huge plus. I feel like the colors, icons, and other elements of the UI are stuck in 2005. Besides that, I am very happy with this unit. It does exactly what I needed it to do!

I found easy air unit after replacing my factory unit at over $100 more than the easy air and it lasting a week! I ordered the unit installation was super easy, plug and play! I’ve had it for over a year with no issues! I had a couple questions at set up, Kevin was amazing, walked me right through it. Since I have installed mine in my class A, five of my neighbors have now switched theirs to easy airs.
