Birgit is a queen when it comes to service, she is very solution oriented and really cares about the customer being happy with the purchase. She really held my hand through the process and made sure I was happy and got the right size (being very accomodating). Once the size was right, I wore the shoes for 7 hrs at the office and I'm amazed that I was not in pain after wearing these 10 cm heels for that long. This lady really cracked the code for making pumps comfortable. I'm so happy that I found this company, bringing vegan fashion up a notch and making it easy for us to invest in cruelty-free quality materials! I will def come back for more colors!
