Highly recommend this diy kit- The taste is wonderful and it's super easy to make. I used this for the last cold and flu season and stayed healthy all season!. I purchased already made syrup in the past, but find this to be much more cost effective.

Wanting to incorporate Elderberry syrup into my health regime but the price of traditional syrups is outrageous. So, upon a friends recommendation I bought this product. I’ve never tasted Elderberry syrup before so truthfully, I have nothing to compare it to-thus all the 4 star reviews. The flavor in my opinion is what I would call “earthy”. (To me it has a similar flavor to prunes: which I love) The consistency is watery. I’m not sure what I was expecting but with “syrup” in the name, maybe something thicker. (In the brands defense; I did not add honey because I’ve eliminated sugars from my diet so I added Monkfruit as the sweetener. This may have altered the texture) It’s not a problem for me at all. I like the choice of being able to do/make things for myself as opposed to commercially purchasing products. Having control over what goes into my body is important to me. Being able to make my own syrup to promote my healthy lifestyle and support small businesss is a win-win in my book. I’ve recently bought 2 more packs to make again. So, yes, I would highly recommend. 👍🏼

I have used this product almost 7 years now. It’s by far the best elderberry syrup I have ever used. I’ve had to buy store elderberry when I forgot to order and it just never compares to Noelle’s product. You get an exceptional amount of elderberry syrup for the price. You won’t find a deal like that at any store. The syrup is also always very dark and infuses so well that you can tell you’ve gotten every last drop of the contents in the bag. I love that you can add honey to your liking. This blend has helped keep my family and I healthy every winter. I am very thankful to have this product. I will be a life long customer, and I highly recommend you do too!

I decided to give this elderberry mix a try since my usual brand would take longer to receive. It is excellent! Quality organic ingredients and I loved that it included the bag. It made the process so much easier and less messy. I altered a bit by adding 5 cups of water and cooking down 1/3 (about 20 minutes). Let it cool and added 1/4 Cup raw apple cider vinegar and 3/4 Cup raw honey. If makes a 32 oz jar. It is delicious! I have bought more to make for extended family for cold and flu season. I highly recommend!
