I read this book in one day! I couldn't put it down.We are placed in a world of shifters, fated mates, Alphas and Omegas, and witches. Omegas and fated mates being of rarity. While shifters and witches are abundant and known for loathing each other. Especially Dragon Shifters versus witches.Ian is having to chase down his twin brother Isaac, after their father announces that Isaac will be married. An arranged marriage to a witch. In order to bring peace to the Dragon Shifters and the Witches. To help keep a war from breaking out. Only Isaac's not having it and his temper is getting the better of him. Like usual.Cordelia isn't keen on the idea of being married to the known mad prince. She wants nothing more but to remain in her home amongst her coven. But upon wishing to be of value to them goes to her new home. Reluctantly. Not only does her fiancee make a big, rude entrance. But he openly insults her telling her she looks like a horse. Cordelia has struggled with her appearance her whole life. Knowing she doesn't fit into the beautiful category her parents and coven have dictated. But to be insulted openly and harshly by her future husband? Is the peace treaty really worth it?Ian is mortified by his brother and after having touched Cordelia, his sleeping dragon rises. The dragon instantly declaring Cordelia as his. Mine. No one else's. But he's just the spare heir. How can he lay claim to her? Even if his dragon is threatening to destroy everything just to get his mate. This is a smooth ish romance book. There is a happy ending, though I wanted a couple more answers on things. Personal interpretations. And maybe the author mentions it in some of her other writings. Need to read the next book that was mentioned at the end of this one. There is some angst and heartbreak but the author keeps is lighthearted. I really enjoyed this book and the flow it had. The romance was sweet and the main characters truly respected one another. Cordelia may have been pushed around but you can see the fire in her. Of course Ian helps to fan her flames so they roar.Oh did I mention Cordelia gets to ride on the back of a dragon? Enjoy the read and give the author some stars!

Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Steam: 🔥🔥🔥POV: Dual 1st PersonM/FStand Alone? It seems to be part of a series in that there is a connection to characters but can absolutely be read as a stand alone. Before finishing this book I did read some of the low rating reviews and I find myself agreeing with some. But, not enough to lower my rating because even though the ending does seem rushed, and it seems as though the author missed a chance to provide a truly epic book she still delivered an awesome tale… it’s the 10 year gap in story that caused me to lower the review to 4 ⭐️’s not the quality of the story there. This would have been 5 stars if we could have witnessed the struggles in the 10 between years. It also would have given us more reading time and that absolutely will never be a bad thing because this story makes one want to keep reading forever.Despite the rushed feel of the ending it doesn’t really leave questions unanswered except one… why didn’t he write a letter? The story is amazing however, and I find myself looking forward to reading more from this author.Happy Reading my Friends!

This was an enjoyable paranormal romance between Ian, a dragon prince and Cordelia, a witch. To broker peace, a marriage was arranged by the high priest coven and the dragon king. Although, she was betrothed to Ian’s brother, he realized that she was his fated mate and he ended up mating with her. Unfortunately, the coven didn’t want peace and used the agreement to trick the dragons. They cursed the dragons and caused them to disappear. We don’t get full resolution of the curse in this book, but Ian and Cordelia are reunited and we may see the curse broken by their children. The author brings us Isaac (Ian’s twin) and Cordelia’s parents, who are the type of villains that we love to hate. The King and Queen, Ian and Cordelia, are more well-rounded characters, they are mostly good but make some mistakes. This was and enjoyable and quick read.I received a free copy of this book via BookFunnel and am voluntarily leaving a review.

It's been a bit since I've read anything from Eliza but its like falling back into it with the talented writer. I love dragons so its already a win for me.Some chemistry pops off between the Witch and the Dragon the witch is not so thrilled. The Drag on the other hand couldn't be happier. Then there were two. which is always better than one right.. well may not so much this time with a surly Prince and a brother trying to keep it all balanced. Our resident Witch has taken some hits to her self-esteem because she has such an *adoring coven* that her feelings stem from their treatment and flow into her adulthood. The sexy dragon has his work cut out for him, reassuring the witch, he's 100% smitten with, get her to see them more than, oh oh, and a brother with ideas of his own.A great story was just a bit all over the place but the characters make up for it, some sweet heat and hey dragons and magic. Grab it and enjoy.

The Curse of the DragonI was both apprehensive and excited about reading this book. I’m not a fan of prequels (which to me this was because of One Crazy Wolf) but I was excited about learning more about the dragons. The characters were well written with diversity and depth with unexpected twists and turns.Ian a prince of the dragons is more levelheaded than his brother but when he meets Cordelia he and his dragon will do anything to keep her.Cordelia is not like the rest of her covenant And is always made to feel like she doesn’t belong. Now her covenant needs her to fulfill a peace treaty with the dragons by way of marriage but when the prince rejects her she’s fed up and ready to leave. When Ian steps up to calm the situation his touch awakens his dragon and their future is now on a different path.An absolute great read.I was given an ARC

I could sympathize with Cordelia and Ian in how they are expected to act for the greater good, as decided by others. She is give in marriage as part of a peace agreement with the dragons and is to marry Ian's brother. That goes sideways as he refuses. Ian comes to her defense and feels there is something special about Cordelia. There is definite feelings like there is more going on than Cordelia was made aware of. It was rocked by how different she is treated by her family vs Ian's family. She is not just sensitive. They are that mean.Twists came completely out of left field and had me reeling. As fate predicted, they have to work for their happy ending.A read that had me staying up way late and trying to get in one more chapter.I received an advanced copy of this story and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

Cordelia is the daughter of the high priest and priestess of her witch coven. She is arranged to be married to the dragon prince Isaac as a means to avoid a war. Problem is that he rejects her immediately upon her arrival. As it turns out, Cordelia is the fated mate to Ian, the younger twin. When they touch it triggers her going into heat. She doesn’t want to rush into the bond which causes problems because now that she’s in heat Isaac has decided that he wants her after all and since he is Ians identical twin he figured he can just be substituted in?!?Anyway Isaac and Ian have a vicious fight in dragon form and things aren’t so good for a long time. Finally after some big plot twists Cordelia and Ian get their HEA.Definitely recommend this book.

I absolutely loved this book. Cordelia is a very strong woman away from her family and Coven. She is promised to the Dragon Prince as a peace offering to stop a war from happening. Things don't go as planned but that's probably a good thing. Instead she finds her true mate in the Dragon Prince's twin brother Ian. She doesn't like not having any control over her life but Ian is extremely patient with her and tries to go at her pace. Things happen to push it forward but she doesn't care. Her family on the other hand do something really bad and things happen that arr completely out of her control. By the end of the book things kind of work themselves out. I hope to see more of these two story in other books.

This had all sorts of goodness in it! This was so steamy and hot, but it also had a mystical feel to it (aptly captured by the cover). Enemies being brought to peace by a marriage between their lines seems simple enough, but, the groom isn’t impressed, and the bride feels more like a sacrifice. Things go awry from the start and the trouble keeps coming up at every turn. Just when it seems everything is finally settled, the worst happens. Bonds are tested, love is stretched, and forever isn’t always a guarantee, unless you are willing to fight for it and never give up!

Cordelia is wishing that her witch powers are a lot stronger when she lays eyes on the Dragon Kings' twin brother, Ian.When these two lock eyes, the magic explodes between them, and they know their lives will never be the same.Fabulous story of soul mates who will never stop doing whatever they have to in order to stay together!

I finished this in one sitting to say I was obsessed would be an understatement. This isn’t just a smutty book either granted the smut is good I really loved the story/plot of this book. If you enjoy stories of women getting true love and learning just how loved and valued they are to their person you’ll enjoy this. There is fighting, love, betrayal and ultimately happiness I was taken on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and loved every second of it

I have been incredibly sick, but this has cheered me up to no end. I'm weak for fated mates and relatable heroines. It's well-written, enticing, and kept me completely engrossed throughout. There wasn't a single moment that I was bored or considered putting it down. That's been a problem I've had recently, and this definitely helped to break me out of my readers' block. Steamy, spicy, and enthralling, it's well worth the read. All the stars!
