Wow! Eliza Gayle has delivered another winner with Wild, the first book in her new Devil's Point Wolves Series! I love it! But then, I love all of Eliza Gayle's work and this one is certainly no exception! The story is romantic, arousing, sexy, exceptionally well written, well executed, exciting and starts with a roar rather than a squeak! Yep, Gayle revs the engine and puts the wheels in motion right out of the gate and she's balls to the walls, all the way to the finish line! She's not playing around with this series. And oh my goodness, the characters are powerful, compelling, engaging and sexy as sin! Va..Va..Voom! The characters are absolutely delightful! The male characters are handsome, strong and demanding and the female characters are certainly no wilting flowers. They take no prisoners and are ready to kick some serious butt! I just love it when a story has strong female leads! Recent college graduate and good girl, Faith Harris has had just about enough from her minutes younger, rebellious twin sister, Rebel. Yep, she definitely lives up to her name. As if working as a stripper at Club Diablo isn't bad enough, now she's not answering her phone and Faith fears the worst. It's been days and still no word. What's a girl to do??? It seems she has no alternative. She must drive to the ridiculously isolated island of Devil's Point to locate her sister but unfortunately for Faith, she'll find a lot more than her sister! No spoilers from me but I will say this....Beautiful blonde human bombshell times two-check! Handsome. sexy wolf-shifter club owner-check! It goes without saying that Eliza is one of my fav authors and I'm always thrilled to be able to read one of her books.one can only think of how devastating losing both of your parents would be. But Faith and Rebel had each other, well for the most part. We all deal with grief differently be it bury ourselves in school and or work, or running away. Faith has always been considered the good twin, school, decent job really on her way to having the life she has set out to work for. Rebel her twin is just the opposite and when Faith doesn't hear from her in a few days, she leaves the safety of the city, for island of the wilds.Damien has his hands full as it is, he has no desire in dealing with Rebels too good a sister. Everything about Faith calls to him and his wolf. But she is way beyond off limits. So why is she here now? Besides to make his life hell.In a few short pages (50ish) you will read a story, get a glimpse of personalities, a bit of mystery and some more bits of smexiness all wrapped up in the first book in the beginning of the series. Hey its the first one, yes yes I recommend it. Enjoy

My Thoughts - 5 out of 5 Unicorns - I loved it!!The cover is awesome, so between that and that it is written by Eliza, I bought it :)This is the first book in this series, and it is novella length. It is a quick read and for adults only due to the steamy content. I recommend checking out the other authors who are participating in the Mating Season too (there are 5 more series in the Mating Season group)!!!This book had the perfect amount of action, mystery, and drama. It grabbed my attention and didn’t let go :) Faith is strong, but skittish or very leery. Damien is an enigma to Faith. Their story is exciting and sweet all at the same time. I loved reading it and just felt happy reading it. I can’t wait to read more of this series and to check out the other authors I haven’t read yet :)I highly recommend this to all the wolf shifter lovers that are out there because you will definitely find something to enjoy :)

Shortly after arriving on the island, Faith is bitten by a rouge wolf. Little does Faith know, but it's mating season for the werewolves on the island.Damien is the werewolf/human who owns Club Diablo, the only strip club on the island. When he learns that Faith was bitten by a rouge wolf, he sees red. Damien has wanted Faith since he first laid eyes on her. Damien had refused to turn Faith, but know that she's been bit, he wants her to choose him as her mate.This is a really good story. When Damien finally claims Faith.......let's just say it's worth the wait. Rebel sounds like one bad A girl, I can't wait to read more of her story !!!!!!

Faith is cautious in her life, she takes the safe route so when being around Damien, her sister's boss who is all Alpha male sets her blood on fire, well, she doesn't know what to think so she stays away to protect herself. That is until she can't reach her sister Rebel. What she doesn't expect is to be drawn into a whole new world of shifters and be at the middle of a new mystery. Will she accept Damien as her mate? Can Damien get past her protective nature and truly embrace her as his mate? They both have reservations, what will their hearts say? Great introduction to a new series about 3 brothers full of Alpha males that will steal your breath and strong, determined women that won't be run over, all the makings of a wonderful drama filled romance.

This is the first in the Devils Point Wolves series and it is a really quick steamy read. Faith is trying to find out why her sister will not answer her calls so goes to find out what happened. On the way she hits a wolf and gets bitten. Once she gets to where her sister works she finds out that she is off and needs to track her back to her hotel. She is taken there by Damien who is also a wolf and attracted to her. Damien has never acted on his attraction because Faith does not know about shifters. Once she is bitten by another wolf though everything changes. This story went from ordinary to steamy almost in a few pages and it was a wild shift. I am looking forward to others books in this series.

Damien owns the club where Faith’s twin sister, Rebel, dances. He’s attracted to Faith, but something has always held him back until fate intervenes.This novella was great. I enjoyed the interplay and different reactions as Faith and her twin sister deal with finding out about the truth about Devil’s point. Faith and Damien are a hot couple. I'm interested in finding out what happens to other characters if they get their own stories.I received a free promotional copy of this book.

They know it’s the perfect fit and now have to reconcile all of life’s little details. Like shifting and running on four legs instead of two. I found the differences in the two sisters wonderful and realistic. A steamy short story and a hea. A win.

On the trip over to the island an unexpected event happens and the course of her life changes forever.Damien, a wolf shifter just wanted to get through mating season until Faith, his fated mate is hurt and he comes to the rescue. This is the start of a series about his pack and although Faith and Damien seem to have found each other the rest of the issues in the story are left up in the air.

Things happen fast in this book. But then it is only like sixty some pages long. So things need to happen fast.Faith is more worried about her twin than the fact she's been bitten by a wolf. Damien is doing everything in his power to fight the mating season pull. He wants nothing more than to take his mate to bed and keep her there.I love the characters. Both are strong-willed and stubborn. Yet, they both are caring, giving people. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more of this series.

This novella is a fast paced introduction to the wolf shifters in Devils Point Island, Washington. It's mating season and Alpha Damien has his hands full with wolves on the prowl. An unexpected visit by his unsuspecting and yet unclaimed human mate Faith and a dangerous rogue on the hunt changes everything. Damien and Faith quickly overcome the obstacles and share a hot, mind blowing night of mating passion and claim each other forever. Looking forward to the next book in the series.

A very quick read, but the story packed a lot in. I was hanging on every word as I raced to find out what would happen between Faith and Damien.It was satisfying to me. I was actually shocked at what was all able to be packed into it. Not sure what others found lacking. Found story arc interesting and surprising. I was little confused by Rebel's anger. The cause is hinted at in the end and looks to be explored more in book 2.I look forward to dive back into the series.

Damien knew that Faith was his true mate when he first met her. Trouble was she was human and had no idea that shifters existed. Faith just was coming to see what was wrong with her sister Rebel as she was a stripper at Club Diablo and Damien was one of her bosses. Getting bitten by a wolf on the way wasn't supposed to happen. I am sure that readers will enjoy this book as much as I did. I highly recommend this book.

Well written, interesting concept specifically dealing with mating season. Loved that Faith got bitten, spiraling her into the relationship with Damien. I also thought the relationship between Faith and her sister was realistic, each dealing with their lives differently as is reflected by their names. Just too short, would have enjoyed reading the full length novel. I guess I'll have to read the series now!😁

This author really knows how to make a story unforgettable. Her characters are amazing and full of their own brand of spicy, and the story just drags you in. I would have loved if it was a little longer so we could have really watched the love story unfold, but once the wolf accepts its mate what can you do. This book was the perfect weekend read and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
