Isabella and Houston’s story is fast paced, lust filled, and dangerous. Book one of their story sets the tone of their story for the next two books.I enjoyed reading their story and getting to know them. Isabella is a runaway bride, however, you can’t blame her. Her father, an Italian monster, sold her to one of his clients. An evil, disgusting client. Houston is the son of an MC president and he just came home from an injury from the Marines. They shouldn’t have crossed paths, but fate has brought them together.The instant connection they have has sealed their fate of being dragged apart. When Isabella gets kidnapped, Houston will do anything to get her back. Even if that means going to the club he turned his back on a decade ago.The story ends in a cliffhanger and definitely leaves you needing more. What happens after Isabella is saved and Houston now becomes the one in danger?The author did an excellent job of giving us background information on the two characters. Savage Protector leads us into a world of a MC that is trying to do good and an Italian crime family that doesn’t care about the family.Isabella and Houston are stuck in the crossfire, literally and figuratively, between the two. I’m excited to see how they come out on the other side, especially when sacrifices are being made in order to survive.

Izzy doesn't want to be used in a deal her father is making with a business partner so she runs on her wedding day. Knowing if she gets caught the punishment would be bad. Houston is just out of the marines because of a medical issue and back in his hometown. Barely in city limits and his former MC is already on him to get back in the fold. Houston just wants to find his own way so he goes the next town over for a break and sees this stunning woman running towards him in white. Izzy can't believe she has made it as far as she did but when she sees Houston she gives into temptation and stays with him. Both of them get lost in each other and forget reality until it literally starts knocking on the hotel door. Will Houston be able to keep her safe from her father and his people? Can Houston manage to have a life without the MC?This is a great story that will have you on the edge of your seat. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. Ms. Gayle put pen to paper and put out a story that was amazing, I don't usually read MC themed books a lot but this one caught my interest and I'm glad I read it.As it opens I can't help but think Best Laid Plan and how things change. Houston thought he ran away from his past, Isabella thought she was running away from her future. The thing is no matter how much or how long you eventually stop and it all catches up with you.They are both a bit broken in different ways but seem to be a safe haven for each other, how long will it last, can it last? Amazing character profiles even a bit broken like he is Hunter would be a great book boyfriend, is determination and loyalty is always a big plus. Isabella yeah she showed more strength than she knew she had.Loved the cover and length was just right ohh and because of the ending I'll be laying in wait for the next book. *smiles* Enjoy

Houston is a former member of the MC Club that his father was the head of, Sons of Wrath, and is fresh out of the Marines due to an injury. He did not want to go back to that life. Isabella (Izzy) is a runaway bride from an arranged marriage. Her father is head of the mafia, and her husband-to-be is evil. Houston had to get away to clear his head. He sees a woman in a wedding dress content and in fear. Instant attraction isn’t enough of a description to describe the meeting. There journey in this first book is a wild one, to say the least. The ups and downs, and all arounds, leave your head spinning. Whoever is into MC books, this one’s for you. You won’t be disappointed.

This story was good, what there was of it, I was so invested in it, it's an emotional, heartbreaking read about Houston and Izzy who are both broken but are both doing their best to just survive. They meet, they connect, things look good but then.....The story ends on a cliffhanger which definitely left me wanting more. I was completely drawn in by the characters, the dynamics, and the plotline so much so that I read it in one sitting but it ended far too soon!Nothing to be done I'm afraid but wait for the next book.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This book earns 4.5 stars.Sin of Wrath is protection and gives you the feeling of being possessed, by a sex on a stick bad boy...Houston and Izzy’s chemistry and their lives are written so that you can feel their pain and not to mention their heat.Even though this is my first time ever reading anything from this author. Houston is home from the military after being injured and doesn’t want to be in the MC where his mother died and he grew up. Izzy is a mafia princess and being forced to marry by her father, when she runs, she meets Houston. Sparks fly but with them both in danger and broken by their past will they be able to have a future together? Fast-paced read with loads of drama and steam and an entertaining story. I liked it.

This was a hot faced paced thrill ride. Isabella is running from her father and fiance both ruthless men. Houston is running from his past after being released from the Marines with no job and no place to call home. He and isabella fall fast and hard. Join them in this exciting adventure. Savage Protector by EM Gayle. Good story with a plot surrounding the MC and mafia ties. Main characters had an insta-lust Not sure how Izzy made her way to park and run in with Houston but I’m glad they found each other. An outstanding, action-packed, and well written romance story filled with suspense, twists and turns, characters that seem real and you can't help but care for, an intriguing storyline, hot scenes, and so much more. Savage Protector does end in a cliffhanger.I volunteered to review an advance reader copy of this book.

This book was really great. Grabbed my attention from the start and kept it thru to the end. Lots of twists and turns plus action and romance. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5star was the cliffhanger ending. I HATE cliffhangers. Had I known that, I would have waited until the next book was published.
