Vincent is the epitome of a bad boy alpha with a large dose of caveman. In this second part of the duet, we will be hard pressed to find someone he hasn’t threatened, punched, wanted to punch, or otherwise wanted to destroy mostly in order protect or avenge some wrong done to Zia.DIRTY BIG SINS has some big plot twists - Zia and I were quite surprised more than once. It has hot passionate moments Vincent carefully cultivating carnal dialogue during adult encounters. He’s one tall glass of testosterone, and Zia does her best to pretend she wants to resist him.I love a book where the hero is so rough around the edges but then total devoted to the protection and care of the heroine. He acknowledges she is more than capable of handling things on her own but that he will always look out for her first. There was a lot going on in this book, so when the teaser for the next book appeared at the end, I realized we didn’t have a cliff hanger, but we did have events occurring in books 1 and 2 that will carry over into the story.I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the continuing story of Vincent & Zia. This book picks up where it left off in Dirty Little Sins. This story is intense and dark and steamy and angry, and so much more. It’s hard to have a D/s relationship when careers are at stake, especially Zia’s. It’s okay for Vincent as a man and a career as a fighter, but for Zia who has a cooking television show and is opening a restaurant, it isn’t so good for a woman. Every time you turn around, there is another surprise lurking. This Duet about Vincent and Zia was absolutely fabulous. I can’t wait to find out what happens in the next book. Something was revealed at the end of this book; another surprise I wasn’t expecting. I’m really looking forward to it.

E. M. Gayle has written a 5-star book. This is the continued story of Zia and Vincent. Zia and Vincent are still at odds with each other over the pictures taken of them when they were in Italy. Now he is in Vegas getting ready for a boxing match while Zia is getting ready to open her new restaurant Zia's Kitchen. More pictures show up on the internet of the two of them and it causes problems with her cooking show. The network is thinking of canceling the show. Vincent has his publicist work on the story of them and to try to get some positive out of them knowing each other. It comes up with them going on a date after meeting the press for questions. After the meeting with the press, Vincent takes her to his plan where he plans to take her away for a while. They never leave the airport, since they spend the night on the plane. The next morning, they are surprised by Vincent's father, Romeo Rossi, a mob boss and also Zia's godfather. Things do no go well in that meeting. Zia finds things out that make her mad with her godfather. Vincent tries to protect Zia but he ends up getting shot. They have another visit but this time it is the FBI. When Agent Ross enters the plan, he calls for the ambulance to come and get Vincent and take him to the hospital. When they arrive, Vincent is taken up to surgery. Agent Ross takes Romeo and his men to jail. Will Zia oper her restaurant? Will things with Vincent work out? This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Vincent and Zia’s story continues and picks up where the previous book left off and they must be read in order. Zia just wants to have her cooking show and restaurant but with Vincent in her life, it is not easy. The chemistry is intense and Vincent definitely wants in know that Zia is his. Is Zia in danger? Can Vincent keep her safe? Fast-paced read with lots of steam and a fast-paced story with lots of twists and turns. I loved it!
