The purgatory series has captivated me from the start and so has E.M.Gayle. She has brought some intense, very alpha, very sexy men to life along with women of strength and courage to the mix.Her play on BDSM with these characters enlighten the senses and educate us enough to acknowledge that this lifestyle is exciting and its okay to be who you are. Yes, I know it's not for everyone but the strength these men and women have has opened a whole new world to me and others.Everyone master has brought something special to play but Gabe and Nina's story was amazing. The road blocks and secrets were deep. The journey to discovering just how deep and and disturbing some people are will never cease to amaze me. That details in this book helped guide me to understanding both characters needs and falling head of heels into their story. And as with all series, the on going appearance of characters from previous books makes you feel like your part of the story, part of a family. It' exciting knowing where everyone ends up and that we watched it all happen.I can't recommend this series enough. Yes, at times the cliff hangers were enough to make me crazy and the wait for the next book excruciating but in the end it is all worth it.The best part? Well, other than falling head of heels for the purgatory masters themself?NEW SERIES IS COMING!I don't know if it will live up to this series for me but, I can't wait for my next adventure.Sin city here we come :)

After being left hanging at the end of the previous book, some things are cleared up right away. Simple, easy-peasy, Gabe and Nina belong together. Others, well, it takes the majority of the book to clear up most of the mysteries, because there is still a bit left at the end. That's okay though, because we focus on Nina and Gabe, and everything for Nina is a-okayThe story, well, when an obsessed man's wife, who he waited years for, and finally gets her, and convinces her to marry him, and submit to him, runs away less than 24 hours into their marriage? The title says it all. Gabe spends time, energy, effort, and a tonne of love, to show Nina she is all he wants, needs, desires, and loves. He does it patiently, and not so much, and he makes mistakes, but she finally understands by the endNina has been hiding and rejecting her family, her self, her actual feelings, for so long, it takes a bit for her to trust them. She has always trusted Gabe though, and she slowly lets him, let herself, to be okay with what she feels and wants. Her mind starts to open, and lost memories come to the forefront, so Nina can move forwardAnd lots of sexy times, dominant men, sassy women, and a bundle of joy to wrap things up. Oh, and we close off the purgatory masters and club, we get set-up for a whole new world in Las Vegas, where Gabe and Nina have relocated. And maybe, just maybe some friends will come and visit them there!

E M Gayle has written an emotionally charged rollercoaster ride with the Purgatory series. It's gut wrenching, intriguing, mysterious, hopeful and steamy. It also focuses on love and its power to overcome any obstacles whether physical, psychological or emotional. It's also about the power of being surrounded by family.Nina's journey to recovering her memories of that night so long ago is rocky and fraught with highly emotional pitfalls. Gabe is there by her side every step of the way. He lifts her up, comforts and protects as only he can. The truth finally plays out and the time for all the family to heal and to really start living their lives. A new beginning for all.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. I absolutely LOVED this book. I wanted this book for so long. Today I re-read Gabe's Obsession to get into the story and then I read this . It's 3am. I couldn't stop reading. Amazing characters. Amazing story. I HAD to know what Nina had locked in her memories. She was so skittish, if that's the word. Running from Gabe all the time and he loved her so much for so long. It was quite a bomb that was dropped on both of them at the end of Gabe's Obsession. This book addresses how they, and the rest of the family 'handles' the news. I wish I could give this book and this series 10 stars.

OMGeeeeee the things a man will do to protect a loved one from things he doesn't know....loved how Gabe was willing to do anything and stand up to anybody to help Nina as they both traveled the evil path set by a devious, so called "Man of God" and all of the secrets that were kept by parents, siblings and the citizens of their town that wrecked childrens lives. If you love sexy romance with Alpha males and heart twisting turns of mystery you'll love this book and the entire series. I volunteered an honest review for this ARC

In the conclusion of Nina and Gabe’s story we see just how deep these secrets were buried and just how difficult it can be to face them, even a decade later. What a perfect ending to the Purgatory series. I loved Nina and Gabe and seeing their story come full circle was the best! This book is a must in the series and one that you will want to read to see the conclusion to their relationship and to the main story from the whole series! I couldn't wait for this to come out and it met all of my expectations! I will be reading more of Gayle's books.

Finally, the truth of that fateful night is revealed – and it’s one doozy of a tale! There was plenty of conflict as Nina weighed her need for the truth against the fears of that knowledge and what that revelation might mean for her family. It’s a well written story, full of drama, angst, some dirty talk and several explicit encounters featuring elements of BDSM.

The conclusion to Gabe and Nina’s story is chalked full of secrets,sexiness and that strong alpha male protectiveness. Gabe will do anything to protect Nina and help her figure out what happened all those years ago but sometimes the past is hard to overcome.Strong characters,hot chemistry and a great story can’t go wrong with the Purgatory Masters!

The characters in the "Purgatory Masters" series are very interesting & believable. It's fun to follow their interaction from 1 book to the next. Although the complete story of the night Reverend Lewis was murdered is never revealed, you are given so many clues you can come up with your own satisfying resolution.

Gabe and Nina have their ending and their beginning. It took awhile and it was an up hill battle, a battle Gabe was not goingto lose at any cost. This series is about the unthinkable a family goes through do to one person. It also tells you what a family will do to keep that family safe. Love the series.
