From order to delivery, the process was very smooth. I was surprised that the international delivery took less than a week(I live in the US). I have had a couple of work totes before but nothing compares to the quality of this. The design is so well thought out. It has a designated compartment for everything you'd need. The water bottle holder is my favorite. I plan to gift these to some of my friends in the future. Don't think about it, go ahead and place your order already.

This bag is amazing! Its big with robust handles to manage the weight of a laptop. Does not crease or bend. Love the slots for water, the loops for keys and the slots for small trinkets and mainly the one for cell phone in the front. Its a perfect work tote! Love it!

A leather tote at this price is hard to come by...Special mention to the nice pocket on the outside. It is a lifesaver when I have nowhere to keep a phone especially since most clothes don't come with pockets!!
