So I bought this backpack in the oxford blue colorway as a birthday gift for my partner, and just after I got the shipping alert I saw the charcoal w/ tan variant which I immediately fell in love with. I contacted the Postbox and asked them if it'd be possible for me to exchange the product once it was delivered: instead, they offered to get the package (with the Oxford blue variant) back from the courier company and instead ship the charcoal one as soon as it was manufactured next week. There was a slight delay in getting the charcoal backpack, but it was so worth the wait. This is the first time I've experienced such exemplary customer service, and I'm absolutely delighted- Ayush is a total rockstar :) Thank you for accomodating my request, and of course, for the gorgeous backpack that is so functional yet timeless.

More than anything it is the looks of this bag that stand out. Very neat quality as well.
