I had a steam burn (cooking) and was really concerned about the healing & scarring process. I came across these patches and thought I give them a try. They work really well. First picture is the day it happened. 2nd pic is about 1 week later. Three picture two days later. So a week & 2 days for me to see great progress.

I burnt myself on the oven and nothing I had at home was helping I was in so much pain I started to blister. I ordered these patches after reading the reviews, Immediately the pain subsided I wore the patch for about 12 hours washed the wound dried it and then wore another patch for 12 hours. And just after two days this is the result. It’s important to note that when you put the patch on I covered it with a nonstick pad and then wrapped it. You should keep this in your first aid kit all the time worth a purchase I bought two boxes love love love.

My first degree burn wasn't that severe but was ugly, red and aprox. 3 x 3in wide on my forearm. I wrapped the hydrogel pad with self-adhesive bandages for around five days and now it's week three and scarring is minimal and it healed great. Do recommend.

helped heal a very bad burn on my hand, easy to get off the wound as it doesn't stick as long as it remains moist.

I had a small cancer on the top of my hand removed. They put seven sutures to close it up. It looked horrible. I thought I was going to have a very ugly scar. Then my daughter told me about Silverseal. I used it every day for a week after the sutures were removed. Within one week the incision is barely. visible. I highly recommend this product.

I splashed pasta water over front of shirt, 2nd and 3rd degree burns on stomach area, used these exactly as directed. I didn’t have any scarring and redness is almost gone now. This is only my opinion and experience, not medical advice for anyone else

I used to use it years back and it disappeared somehow from the pharmacies. Happily I found it in Amazon. I strongly recommend SilverSeal dressing. Fast and successful help like colloidal silver. I am happy I have it!

I recently burned my arm with hot grease when my daughter dropped a piece of dough into a pan and the grease splashed out onto my arm. I had 3rd degree burns on my wrist and these provided cushion and protection when applied to the burns and wrapped in gauze.

I had a second degree burn (borderline third degree burn) from a clothing iron. This dressing was amazing for the healing process!! The cooling aspect also felt really good on the sensitive skin. I had the best results by cutting the dressing to size and applying with waterproof bandaids for 3-4 days at a time.

I bought this for my husband because he was under going radiation therapy for cancer and it made him very itchy. Tried many different rub on things but nothing worked, this did work amazingly well. The one thing it needs to come in larger sheets and a bigger package. Since it was on his lower legs clothes would make it come off and these are expensive so it would be nice if they had more in a package.

I had immediate pain relief with this. I simply put my wrist under cold water for 5 minutes and then applied one of these SilverSeal dressings on it. I keep these handy in my medicine cabinet for skin injuries because they work wonders for me with all kinds of minor skin wounds. They always feel so soothing plus I like the moist, protective covering. One of my favorite things about them is how they're super easy to remove and don't damage or pull at my wound or skin around it when taking them off. I like to use them on all kinds of different superficial type wounds like minor lacerations, abrasions and first degree burns plus they even work on sun burns.

I had a terrible burn on my hand and an ice pack only gave temporary relief. After putting on this bandage the relief was instant and after 24 hours the burn was not hurting as much. After 2 days I could go without the bandage.

This was good on a 3" second degree burn on my foot. Overkill, but more comfortable than just non stick pads.

Bandages are large and well sealed. Have not had to use them yet, thankfully. Added them to my First Aid kit.
