When I opened a pouch, it felt cold, but once I put it on, it didn't feel cold anymore. I bought a bigger package but I couldn't return it. (I didn't read the returning cond.)

Bought these and tried them out before a Disney trip…..complete fail for all 4 people that tried them….just gooey warm after about 30 seconds
