I get the occasional muscle tension headache that can lead to a migraine. I use ice packs but they can be uncomfortable and bulky. These are great in that they cool very nicely and stay in place. They have no scent or odor. They are also great for fevers or other muscle aches and pains. I keep a couple in our first aid kits as well. Made in the USA! Highly recommend!

I wish they were a little bigger but they are for kids. You can also cut them to whatever size you need. They feel nice and cool. Not to cold so it wont hurt and the biggest bonus is there is NO SMELL!!!! Most things like this i have tried have a really strong smell and its not something you want when you have a headache..

I love that you don’t need to store this in the refrigerator or freezer. It is ready to use at room temperature. You can easily pack it and take it anywhere. That makes it incredibly convenient. It comes in a resealable bag. I also like that there’s no menthol or some other medicinal scent. I'm surprised how it's actually effective at cooling. Since it is self-adhesive, you can place it almost anywhere on the body without holding onto it. You can cut them into your desired shape or size. The only downsides are that it’s not reusable and it lasts about 2 hours before it dries up and becomes less cool. I find this more adhesive than the blue menthol fever patches. However, the blue patches stays cool longer. Made in USA

I have used this type of cooling patches before and it works great and hence got this to keep at home for emergency needs. It is meant for all kinds of fever and gives immediate relief. Can easily recommend it. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Works great - Gives immediate relief - Easy to use - Very reasonably priced for a set of 4 - Odor-free Cons: - None that I see for this price and functionality

These hydro patches work well. Very cold on the skin and very sticky so it doesn’t fall off. Only downside is that because it’s so gooey and sticky on the edges, it can get stuck in your hair. If you avoid your hairline you should be fine. Stays cold for a very long time and helps with bringing down my fever when I’m sick.

**update 3/10/21** I did get a chance to test this out with a caffeine withdrawal headache. I felt like it was pretty good for about 30 minutes or so and then began to lose coolness. I also question whether the pouch containing the pouches will keep them ready to go. Still seems like a great product to help cool you down. ---- What a great idea - this will come in handy in those situations where a fever spikes and you've already dunked or don't want to yet dunk your kid in the bath to try to cool them down. This went right into our med kit and will be used as needed. Great pricing. Dang it - we missed a chance to use them today with a migraine also! Great for adults too!

I got these to add to my natural first aid and medicine kit. I haven't been able to test them against fever yet but I did try one on my own skin to test the overall feel of them. They can work for adults or kids as far as size goes. They are easy to take from the package to get ready to use. They have a coolness that took effect after a minute but its not overpowering like ice, just a gentle coolness. I don't think it lasts long. It has like a gel like consistency that feels kinda funny. It doesn't pull hair, but I don't like the feel of my hair in it, and using it on your neck definitely had my hair involved. I feel like my 4 year old would be irritated by it especially if he was sick. I would personally rather use a cool wet washcloth but after testing against fever I may change my mind

I always trying to keep a well-stocked medicine cabinets in case that any member of my family gets suddenly sick. And these Medagel FeverCool Patches are a good addition to it. I like that unlike similar patches, these are non-toxic. Actually, the main ingredient is Polyethylene Oxide AKA Polyethylene glycol, which is also the ingredient in a known medicine against constipation. So, if could drink Polyethylene Oxide in another form, I imagine is safe to apply a patch made with it to our foreheads. It’s also menthol free, and odorless.

These are SOOOOOO awesome! They came right in time for my 21 month old, who had a low grade fever from teething. I can never get him to use an ice pack, or keep a cool washcloth on his forehead. I don’t think he even realized this was on his head! It’s the same thing as “burn relief pads,” if you’ve ever tried those. It’s a hydrogel material that sticks to skin easily. It has an instant cooling sensation. These would come in handy for bumps on the forehead, burns, or any other itchy/burning skin issues. At $1.25 per patch, this is a great deal! I highly recommend ordering more than one pack to keep on hand for your babies, toddlers, and kiddos of all ages. I’ll even use one the next time I get a migraine. Perfect size for keeping in a diaper bag. **MOM HACK: Store these in the fridge for even more cooling relief! These don’t have to be refrigerated though. Thanks for reading! I hope this was helpful. 😉

These do not need to be refrigerated which is great for storage and if you need to travel with them. When I've had a fever I find that a cold or slightly frozen washcloth has been very soothing. I liked the idea of this patch because it won't drip like a washcloth. I am adding to my first aid supplies so that even if I don't need them right this minute, I have them in case they are hard to find later. I have not actually opened a patch to try it on my skin yet because I don't want to waste these. They feel cool even through the wrapping which is pretty impressive. I like the size of them because if you have a toothache, bump, bruise, bug bite, bee sting, etc. these are small enough to maneuver around hard to reach areas. I like that they are made in the USA.

I got these for one of my granddaughters that suffer with headaches. It is very easy to use - just placed on her forehead and it eased her headache after about 30 minutes. I plan to get more of these to keep in the house for when my granddaughters are visiting.

I ordered this with hopes of travel in mind. Chronic migraines and air travel don’t mix, ice is often not available (what?) when requested from attendants. This should be a solution. The patch stayed on fairly well. As a side sleeper it took some abuse and was lifting at the sides but still mostly intact. Quite cooling, no menthol so no awful odor and the price is right.

This package has four cooling gel patches that can be used for relief from fever, migraine, headaches, toothaches, among other uses. They are non-toxic and be used on those with sensitive skin. The pouch is resealable keeping the remaining pouches protected until needed.

I am generally always hot. I have tried everything, thus far I can say this offers some cooling effect. I place center of my lower chest where no one can and go about my business, its noticeable the cooling effect. Nothing tremendous, but definitely there. Works on inside my wrist pretty well too.

As a migraine sufferer I love these cooling patches. I use these any time I cannot confine myself to a cold dark room with my gel cap. I mostly use these at work if needed, but also for days when I have to get things done and don't have the time to just lay down and sleep away the headache. They are easy to use, last for at least 4 hours (I usually get 6 hours unless it is real warm then I only get 4 hours) and best of all the bring INSTANT relief. Because they are non drug you can use them with any other medication with no fear of interaction. They stick well and usually don't not fall off (they will not stick to sweat,so make sure to wash and completely dry the area your going to use these on). Zero skin irritation issues.
