The actual product itself is great, works well and seems well put together. The company need to up their game with respect to communicating with their customers. I understand I purchased the product while they were still getting them manufactured and shipped to Aus, but they never gave updates. I had to email them to ask where they were, they didnt respond for several days. They did not update me with a shipping notice, it eventually turned up but I would have felt more comfortable if I had received regular updates.

I have had the Loogeenie toilet brush for 2 weeks now. I don’t usually do reviews of products BUT I had to let people know my experience. This is by far the best toilet brush on the market, it gets into every tight spot and flexes like no other brush to get there.
