So I have been using bentonite clay for a long time, but I wanted a clay that wouldn't be as drying. This Brazilian red clay is much finer, and doesn't dry my face out like the bentonite clay does. I have only used it twice so far, but I haven't had any issue to report. My skin felt softer and brighter both times I used it. The only downside is that it stains my sink, and my hands, but it doesn't last long.

I LOVE all of the clays from Rainforest Chica! The red clay is a staple in my soap line up. It makes my soaps lather so smoothly and the colors are gorgeous. It’s also important to me to know Chrys sources fairly traded and sustainably harvested ingredients.
