I bought this to work on the sun damage on my arms. I know it will take time to reverse YEARS of sun damage. I use this oil right after my shower - one squirt per arm! It absorbs well so I am able to put on clothes and it not get on them.

this is my second fav after the over kill. I like this one in the summer, or for arms and hands. really tho, they can both be used anytime, any season. I love the added benefits of the overkill oil, but this one is potent and feels good on my face, and I like to switch between them.
