This was one of the first items I purchased from Rainforest Chica around 2018, and I continue to purchase, because it helps my hair grow long and thick and healthy with very few split ends. I get a lot of compliments every time after I apply some cupuaçu to my hair. Usually I warm a small amount in my palms and apply it directly to the ends and any frizzy areas after air-drying my hair. People always compliment my hairdo or hair accessory that day, but I know secretly it's the cupuaçu which deserves the credit for a beautiful look. I also enjoy knowing that I am helping preserve the Amazon and to support the locals there.

Five months ago I used a home peel kit on my face which left me with some horrible scars. The dermatologist prescribed some terrible hydrocortisone cream for my face which did absolutely nothing. I got samples of both the butters and they are really beautiful. I have used butters from different suppliers and you can really tell that these are artisan products prepared with love and care. The aroma is chocolatey and the texture is smooth. It has not been overprocessed but has a consistent quality throughout. I am very happy and look forward to shopping with Rainforest Chica much more!

I melted this along with Murumuru Butter, Whipped to a smooth creamy texture then added Dragon's Blood and whipped again. I am so glad I tried doing this. Keeps my psoriasis at bay. This is one of my favorite butters for the smell, the smooth silky feel and fairly quick absorption. My wife gets dry cracked skin especially in the winter and this helps tremendously to lock in the moisture. It is a bit thick, so sometimes she mixes it with other oils into a blend. She also brought it with her to Costa Rica and the glow was unreal, she looked ethereal!

I mix it with Tucuma butter and a few oils to make a homemade leave in hair cream. This butter provides moisture, smells great, and helps with the protein-moisture balance of my hair and my kids' hair. It absorbs well into the scalp and hair strand.
