My husband Ted and I are totally in love with Andiroba Oil. In December 2023, Ted fell and hurt his back badly. Andiroba Oil is a MIRACLE oil! Amazing! I am a 60 years old overweight woman. I have sciatica pain, arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis. Pain in the knees, legs, lower back. Recently I got bursitis in the hips. I have pain and burning sensation in my right thigh. At night, to sleep I need to have pillow between my legs to alivia-te the pain and the burning sensation. Last year, when I went to the doctor to check the burning sensation he gave me a steroid shot to alleviate these symptoms, to reduce inflammation. Today, after shower I put Rainforest Chica Andiroba Oil in my thigh and, just like that, the burning sensation and pain disappeared. Unbelievable!!! I started buying oils from Rainforest Chica after the company I used to work with went out of business. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the oils and the fact that Chrys obviously really cared about who she sourced from. I also think it's great that she is very open and shares recipes on her site so people can experiment. 30 years ago I bought some Sangre de Drago from a company that was bringing in botanicals from the Amazon, it was thick, and formed a healing scab very easily—after they shut their business I tried buying it elsewhere and it was always thin and watery—recently Chrys sent me a sample of her Sangre de Drago, it was the same as the original from years ago: thick and resinous like it's supposed to be. That is strong confirmation of the quality of her products.

I love this oil. Very moisturizing for my dry skin. I have used it neat and added it my after shower blend with a couple of other oils. Still experimenting. It's great quality. Also, based on a review, I tried it as a bug repellent. I was getting bites overnight but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I live in wooded area and I have a constant battle with spiders of all sizes not to mention mosquitos. I applied the oil before bed and the next morning there were no bites. Joy! I am going to make a bug repellent blend for the upcoming summer nights. Thanks!

Really appreciate how well this oil goes into my hair and skin. It is thick without being goopy and anything it touches feels nourished afterwards. Having problems with eczema for years, this is also an oil that does not aggravate my skin like so many products do. Excellent sustainability in how it is not only sourced but harvested- big bonus in that its sale is directly helping the indigenous peoples from that region. An oil that does good for the consumer as well as lets you feel good in how it comes to be harvested etc. win win!

I have a tendency to develop viral warts, luckily I found andiroba is natural and I don’t have to go to the doctor to get removed, few weeks of applying everyday and the are gone!! Worked as well on my dog she had a little one on the ear few weeks using adiroba not a trace!! THANK YOU CHICA

This oil is amazing! It's smells so good. Like a light shea nut oil. Rubs in easily and absorbs well. Helped with my child's eczema tremendously. It does have a bitter taste, so may be helpful for nail biters. Worked great in my dog's yeasty ears. Can't wait to use it for more applications.
