It's a little too early for me to speak on the benefits of the Babassu oil, but I have done some research and read a lot of good things about it. I am currently using it in two separate homemade blends of oils that I use on my face and the other on my hair. I feel good knowing that my homemade blends have all natural oils and butters that are healthy for my body and doesn't contain synthetic chemicals, fragrances and additives.

As an avid user of coconut oil for scalp & hair health, the scent & greasiness was a bit much at times. Babassu oil was subtly scented with similar hair protecting & strengthening properties. My easily tangled, thin, curly hair grows longer & stronger with minimal breaking thanks to Babassu. Chrys is fabulous in communicating when the color or scent of her products differs; she partners with various ethical producers to bring us the purest products with prime properties.

I use coconut oil from head to toe and even on my fur babies, but babassu oil changed that. It makes my hair and skin feel like velvet after using it.

This oil has really changed my hair game for the better! I use it to create silky texture and smooth frizz without weighing down my waves. My hair stays smooth for days without that greasy look that simethicone-based products had left before.

A neutral-smelling and effective penetrating oil alternative to coconut. Smooth application - great experience using this. 💖
