I wish more purveyors would be like Chyrs, doing the hard and important work to save our precious planet while delivering top quality products to her customers. I've practicularly used this particular butter on my face for about a year and it perfect for my acne prone skin. Also, I use this butter on my scalp and it keep it moistured and hydrated (face as well). You truly can't go wrong with any and all of these butter's that Rainforest Chica have. My natural 4C hair has grown so much over the last year with the concoctions of butter blends I've created, BUT this one is truly a must have for my face.

If you don't like the chocolate-y smell of Cupuacu 1 ('cause I didn't), then this is the perfect Cupuacu butter for you. I love the light scent, I love how moisturizing it is, and I love that it is the perfect butter for summer. I make a whip with this and learned the hard way that it's better to melt the butter and oils together, cool it down, then whip. Otherwise, you'll get little butter bits in whip. Still worth it and still my fav.

Cupuacu butter is slightly harder than murumuru but still melts upon contact with the skin. I ordered the #2 product, which has a very nice faint "fruity" scent, but they also sent me a trial-size packet of the nuttier fragrance version which is also both faint and very likeable. This butter provides excellent emollience with a higher oleic acid content than some of the other butters. Works great in waterless balms.

Cupuacu works wonders on my hair and skin. My hair has grown a lot, it’s softer and has more elasticity - which means less breakage. I’m always recommending this product to my family and friends. An added bonus is that it’s very economical a little goes a long way. Chrys Rocha is the best she always includes a small gift with my order. Excellent customer service is a rarity these days.

The Cupuacu Butter 1 and 2 are both amazing products. I have used them all actually. I order the sampler butters. They all have a unique and delightful spell plus they are great for rash, bug bites etc. Each butter has a special usage that are beneficial to healthy skin. Absolutely love the butters. I will order for life!!!

The smell is fruity cocoa butter x rum cake. It’s so yummy and nourishing. A little goes a long way. And you have to know this is the purest and most ethically sourced. I went with Chrys to Brazil in august and learned how valuable wildharvested Cupuacu is to indigenous families and the ecosystem. It has so many uses!

This butter works great in my homemade body butter and helps with my eczema breakouts. I've switched from shea butter to this because of how moisturizing it is. I also use it to amp up the moisture in my hair masks. The sample of Ojon hair mask that came with this purchase was such a sweet surprise!

I am in love with this butter. RFC sells a sampler that includes this butter which is a great deal. It is through the sampler that I was able to try butters that I would not have tried otherwise. I fell in love with Cupuacu butter and I now use it in all of my skin care formulations.

This butter is absolutely amazing for so many things. Skin & hair. I put it in my conditioner, also to add to conditioner to make a hair mask. You can also use it naturally to smooth onto skin. It keeps your skin smooth for the whole day.

This and the other cupuacu butter are what I use for people who have nut allergies. Blended with the mango butter, they are safe options for anyone who can't use Shea and other nut buyers. It's soft like Shea and easy to work with. ❤️

My go too when I need a butter that melts easy and quickly. This is a “quick pull it together and go” for my hair. I understand why it always sells out. If you like soft hair, Cupuacu delivers. Really good results on my 4C hair.
