If there were a few chunks, I just sorta chugged them down and went with it. After a few weeks, it seems like things were better off with my digestion. I cannot tell with my hair since there isn't much of that left for me, but in general it seems to be helping out my overall health, so Ill keep going with it for a few more weeks to see if they continue.

Bought this to add to my dog's food to help with allergies, since I see this is the main ingredient in a lot of pet allergy supplements. I've also been adding a scoop of this to my own protein smoothies, too. I have not noticed a difference in anything so far, but it really hasn't been long enough to tell. The dogs do not mind having this sprinkled over the top of their food either. Tastes mildly like powdered milk and I don't notice the taste in my protein smoothie. Will update review if I notice any changes.

These seem to be ok colostrum. Dissolved in my warm drink as others have. Taste seems fine. I like the idea of the packets if it is going to be used away from home but for daily home use it is not very helpful. I had a hard time getting it all of out the packet because it just kept clinging to the inside of the packet even after I cut off the whole end of the packet. And I couldn't find anywhere that stated what the IgG% was which would be nice to know.
