Purchased this item for our office manager because she requested a cash counter with a PRINTER. It works well as a cash counter but it will not PRINT! I have contacted Ponnor 2 times to request help, crickets still no answers. All I need to know is, am I doing something wrong, because there is no information in what they send that tells about the printer. If they think it's broken I will send it back and try again. Right know I will go to a store and purchase a different machine with a printer and send this back to amazon, who by the way couldn't tell me anything from their support nline.
