Had an issue with delivery of the product by post company that had been extremely quickly resolved by SkinSalve. Very happy with the product, my daughters hands became nice and soft after all the hand gel damage.

I have recently developed very sensitive skin, in particular with cracked sore skin between my fingers and in the summer months with dry air causes me so much discomfort!. I had been using E45 but found it too greasy for practical use and take ages to absorb so being able to use my hands in quite a difficult job that needs dextorous handling of electronic equipment. I was given a partial tube of the Dermasalve handcream to try. Wonderful! Absorbs amost immediately and my skin has improved dramatically and I can carry a tube with me to reapply when I wash my hands Highly recommend

Highly recommend this cream if you work outside all the time, particularly at this time of year. I work with livestock on a farm and have had sore hands for years particularly as we go into autumn until the end of the lambing season. My wife bought me this when you got her normal order from Skin Salve and I tried it. After about 7 days my cracked sore skin was improving dramatically, but I think because it comes in a economical dispenser I can carry it with my work kit and regularly rub into my hands Great relief, if you work outside its worth using even to protect your hands.

I hadn't noticed the special offer when I placed my order for the eczema soap, so I was absolutely thrilled to get the free hand cream. .It absorbs really quickly and I'm using it as a general body cream as it suits my skin. I've had very dry skin all my life but trying to use normal hand creams left my skin greasy which I don't like the sensation off. Discovered the Dermasalve creams and I've started using it daily. Just started using this as a I work outdoors in allsorts of weather at Tyne dock . I've got used to having bad skin for years, but its actually getting painful at this time of year with cold and getting wet/dry hands all day. My wife bought this cream and after a week my hands are transformed! No sore areas and cracked areas are healed. I'm out all day dry stone walling in the lake district and my hands and face dry out in this cold windy weather. Eventually my skin starts to crack on my hands and my face is red raw! I use the Dermasalve hand cream of my hands and face and it really protects! and the dispenser is easy to carry with me in my tool bag. I started buying this last year as I do get very dry skin on my hands and lower arms. I also tried the body cream which is excellent as well, It seems to penetrate, deeper than anything else I've tried and it lasts longer! No greasy smearing feel, very light application and a great mess free dispenser, which is easy to carry and no waste. I found that the hand cream is very similar to the body cream, and in fact the ingredient's look almost identical so as I'd run out of body cream I used the hand cream as a substitute. and I'm delighted to say the both work equally as well, so I just use the hand cream as a general moisturiser Great products and excellent service. I've been getting this stuff for years and it works! During lambing time my hands are exposed to very contrasting environments when your lambing on a windy, cold Northumberland hill farm. Warm then cold for obvious reasons! and the additional cold harsh weather causes its own issues. My hands were a mess ,cracked, sore skin with constant pain because you can't wear gloves. I keep it close to hand all the time and rub it in regularly. The tube is very economical to use and there's no waste. A good product which I recommend to all lambing staff and vets.
