I ordered this since I've been trying to improve and work on my mental health. I wanted to set a goal for the upcoming year and be more organised and productive. I came across this product which I didn't expect much. But I was blown away by the quality of soft touch cover the level of details and content put in all three books. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5*

Pages are good quality . The book is high quality thick and strong . It does not come with a pen the only down side but does not affect the quality of the gift .

The exercises are very similar to mindfulness and the guild and planner make it easy to plan and work on your mind.
Would recommend this to any one who had thought about doing meditation or mindfulness, but is self conscious about going to a group. It�s a great self teaching book.
The design of the pages and the overall planner is very aesthetic and is the perfect size. The hardcover is sturdy and the pages of paper are smooth to write on and is of high quality GSM. This helps me keep track of my daily goals and schedules with ease.
Combining a diary and a journal, this is an undated A5 planner with plenty of space not just for calendar entries, but also for more contemplative entries in the goal setting, affirmation and reflection sections. The overall quality of these items is extremely high which is enhanced by the simple but appealing packaging. An expensive price for a diary and a couple of paper books on mind exercises and health but the quality is superb.
This helped me get through a really challenging year - the tips and guidelines were extremely useful in helping guide me on a daily basis. Moreover, the book is of excellent price and justifies the price. I will be buying again once I finish this one.

I am humbled that this set found its way into my life. I have already started my journal and putting together my lives plan of positive direction. I'm now embarking on a new journey of discovery and I'm excited.
This isn't just a notebook where you jot down your thoughts, this is a notebook that helps you to protect and develop your mind ro develop your body and make a more positive person both mentally and spiritually ( not in the religious sense). You can use it as a notebook and a planner without the Monk guide or the Monk gym tomplot your own journey but some people have problems not knowing where to start and to unlock their mind and potential as we in the UK sort of just never go there. There has been the motto for years to 'Keep calm and carry on'but what if you cannot keep calm or cannot carry on. The guide breaks down each process of unlocking your mind and helping you to journal the whole process in rhisnundated planner. That it the other thing I love about this set in that it's not set to any given timeline. Sk tour not set to one year as the process can be as quick or as long as you want. I love the faux leather cover and the whole boxed items with the guides and the stickers too. I requested to review this back in December 2022 when it was priced at £17.95 which felt a tad cheap for the fact the guides are included too.
This product arrived promptly and is as described by the seller page. It came ecologically packaged within an extremely well made 2piece brown parcel coloured cardboard container. That has the Monk logo embossed into it. As you open up your boxed set, you are greeted by a card product tag with twine detailing which has a message either side of it.

I found the content is Concise, informative and Easily Relatable. The guidance is helpful and great for those who may struggle with relaxation and are better at taking care of others over themselves. It offers insight and structure to a busy lifestyle.
I think this is great value for money and makes a great gift for a loved one, friend, close work colleague or yourself! Cannot state enough how beautiful and well made this set is. I like it comes in a few different colour options ( for personal tastes ) and that it is easily carried in a bag or car storage when travelling. It has a depth of 4.5cm, 23cms in length and 16cms in width in entirety ( including the beautiful cardboard presentation / storage container ).

This is beautifully packaged if you�re buying it for a gift. Some of the prompts and exercises are a bit intense for me - I like to journal and set goals so I�ve just modified these to ones that suit my life more. I�m not really into anything spiritual so I�ve just used it as a nice planner to adapt to my needs and it�s good for that. But if you�re into the system (they have a website explaining anything) you might get more out of it. It just wasn�t right for me.

The main sections leaves adequate space to write notes for each day of the week with an additional section to list personal and professional things, your weekly audit and a habit tracker. The front sections of the main journal have a multitude of sections in order to establish a number of things related to your well-being. There are sections on worth, purpose, growth and self awareness as well as places to record visions, goals and affirmations.
The other two books you get in the set are paper bound and more like an exercise book. The monk mind gym book gives a small amount of written information on areas such as stress, focus and triggers alongside exercises to try out and/or record information in.
The third book is more of an information pamphlet/guide to help you understand and utilise the journal to the best of your ability. You also get some stickers and a book mark.
All in all I thought this was a great tool for someone who wants to take their well-being seriously. It would certainly take a good level of commitment to make the most of the resources. Self care after all comes from exactly that… ourselves.

whilst the thoughts behind it have some religious connotations, of enlightenment, mindfulness, empathy, recognition and selflessness. even if you don't have any beliefs, just taking a minute to think about them is a really good start.

All you need for a daily journal is a notebook and a pen. But this provides a more structured approach and the combination of exercises and goals and light-touch instruction booklet enable you to find somewhere to start. They also enable you to look back at what you said last time and consider progress.
This could be a good tool for stepping out of the preoccupations of depression and anxiety - when the mind may be focused on one problem without seeing a path to development. It invites you to think about how to shift from where you are now to where you want to be. There are worked examples to make it easier.
These workbooks you can dip in and out of, but they are probably best used to shift and build regular habits of mind and action. The approach is based round the 21/90 'rule' - that it takes 21 days to nurture a new habit and 90 days to turn this into a lifestyle. There is a recognition of inner conflict and a need to align actions with values. There are also challenge questions that help you step out of a rut.
Plenty of activity for your money and could be a good preparation for those considering therapy.
This is definitely not my cup of tea - my own fault for not really checking carefully what was included. You get a lovely presentation box with three books and a bookmark in it, but only one of the books is any good to me.
I was after a set of journal planners, ideally, but two of the books are full of techniques and mindfulness jargon that I'm just not into. I don't care about mind maps, automatic writing, getting in touch with my inner whatever. I just wanted some nice notebooks to write things down in without all the extra stuff cluttering up the majority of the pages.
The third book, a nice thick hardback book, has some writing space and weekly planners - this, I do like very much. Not quite what I expected, but again that's my fault and I'm only knocking off one star because even if I was into the mindfulness/new age garbage, you don't get much writing space in two of the books due to excessive tips, advice and guidelines.
Honestly, this would make a wonderful gift for anyone crazy about getting in touch with their emotional psyche or whatever, and it is beautifully presented. Everything is produced to a very high standard. It's just not for me.
I chose this set for my partner and found that we will both benefit from it. It is a very clever life advisor and organiser that helps you get back focus, wellness and productivity. This is much better than using an electronic device as when I tried that I was easily side tracked. The self-awareness and worth section is very thought provoking and made both of us think about the mundane rut we were stuck in. The mind program is good, and I can see how this is going to really help us be more productive, more organised and happier in the new upcoming year. What I thought might be a planner has turned out to be that and so much more. It is lovely quality; the cover is gorgeous, and the paper is good quality. This would make a fantastic gift for professional and procrastinators alike. Very impressed.

The guides and workbooks are detailed and would require a lot of commitment to use correctly. Concepts are clearly explained and the materials in the workbook and journal support your journey. The journal it self is a lovely book and really good quality.
My problem, I guess, is that I just don't have the discipline to work through a book like this, tracking habits daily and completing regular mind exercises. It is aspirational, who does not want a better life, or to be a better person. But I don't think that this is the right route for me.
