Radon is a constant issue, and I used to use a service that leaves radon detectors in place for three months, then let me know the result. At $100 per run, this got expensive over time, and I never knew accurate results by month or week. This device solves those issues. The detector is a small cube that can sit anywhere on a shelf, preferably, or anywhere off the floor. It plugs in to a USB power port, and once you add it to your wifi network through an app, it's online and reporting results constantly. The app shows you the latest reading, plus can show you daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly trends. The app is attractive and easy to use. To test the accuracy, I compared two sets of readings to the older "drop off and leave" tester I was using, and they were within a small margin of error of each other. Which is accurate I can't say, but it doesn't really matter. This sensor lets you sleep at night knowing radon detection is constant, consistent, and easy to leave to do it's job. I am impressed by this sensor, and can highly recommend it.

Rarely do I write an Amazon review. But for this miraculous device, I wish I could write 100 more of them. We live in a new build community, had our house built 5 years ago. Never thought to get a radon test. Just recently did we get our basement finished and for some strange reason, I thought it would be a good idea to purchase an air quality meter and a radon test/meter. Within just minutes of setting it up, the light on the front of this device turned red. And as you can see from the attached photo, levels were beyond toxic. Immediately I called a local Radon Mitigation installer who installed the radon mitigation system. Within just a few hours, I watched the radon levels continue to drop. 24 hours later, we were in a good/safe zone. To think we’ve been exposed to this now for five years breaks my heart. But imagine another 5, 10, 20 more years of exposure… From the bottom of my heart, thank you EcoQube!!!!

I was getting more worried about radon because our family has been cooped up at home under the pandemic. And I got this one. It's smaller than I expected and has a simple design, so it looks really good anywhere it's placed. App install, device registration, and first reading on the app were easy and real quick. Every morning I check on a current radon level in the bed. Green gives me peace of mind - You'll see numbers with changing colors(green, orange, and red depending on radon levels). You can see history charts by day, week, month, and year as well. And it seems very sensitive to detecting radon. Today I found radon levels slightly higher than usual, so I opened the windows to circulate, and I could see levels go down in an hour. That's great! I'm very happy with this nice product! I recommend this product for all who concerns radon.

I could not get it to work out of the box. It allowed me to set it up via the instructions but it would not read. It just said 'Measuring In Progress'. I thought it was broke so I ordered a replacement which came the next day. It did the same thing. Long story short it was the router I was connecting to. I connected to a different router and they both came right up. Works great. The only difference in the routers was the one that did not work was not using the WAN port. It was just on my internal network being used like a wireless switch. My sump area was the worst, it was measuring 11.2. The area furthest away from the sump was around 3.0. Because of this device I bought a new enclosed sump cover and installed a radon fan on it, now the readings are 2.5 at sump and 0.9 at furthest point.

Provides updated radon levels 24/7 using state of art technology which allows detailed readings that can be shared with family/friends via app. No extra equipment needed - just use smartphone to check radon level readings. Can check radon levels even when not home using smartphone. Plus, color coded display on device provides real time indication of radon levels in 3 colors to see if radon at level of concern. Found that radon levels can change throughout week or even during the day.

It is very reliable and accurate. It gives radon level every hour. When it is over the limit that you set, give a message/alarm to your phone. The size is very small and cute👍. I am really glad that I got this radon sensor. If your kid and family stay at your basement for watching TV, video gaming, running machine, and so on, this one provides very good environment overall. The price seems a little expensive, but worth investing it. The app really works well and friendly. Only small mistake in app needs to update line colors. Yellow line should be middle, not green line.

I haven’t had the product long enough to determine it’s long range status. But so far product does what it’s expected to do. It’s been a number of years since I had any type of meter regulation. I had a remediation some years back. Nice to know current meter readings.

Software makes it seem easy to setup, but never got a reading back. Multiple factory resets and confirmed it had a wifi connection. Attempted to contact support with no response. Even if I did get a reading back at this point I'd have a hard time trusting the results.

Sensor works quite well and gives both instant and daily or weekly average readings. I have confidence in the readings as they correlate closely to independent charcoal based test kit. Love the fact it ties to internet and I can read on my iPhone anytime.

I really like this unit. Easy to set up. Great online access to readings from anywhere. I can’t measure accuracy other than my radon readings dropped dramatically when I added the radon fan which reflected a real drop in radon. Great investment.

The product was easy to setup and connect to my phone. I’ve tested it on a couple of locations around my house and now have it monitoring the main area of my basement. It is fascinating to see how the level varies with different weather.

This device is easy to set up and connect with the app. It updates constantly all day long and the great app presents the data in an easy to understand format.

Really nice to have real time readings! We have had it since before our Radon was mitigated so we were able to see the change as soon as it was done!

Time series data are easy to download and I plan to develop a laboratory exercise for an Introductory Geology Course using the real time data.

Very helpful in measuring radon levels and how by opening a few windows dramatically reducing levels. Excellent product..
