How do I change the wrist band please?
I am happy with the watch , but no idea how to change the wrist band.

Hi Jan, I'm glad you like the watch. To change watch bands, you can try simply pulling the pin out in the length ways direction of the pin with your fingers or small pliers. The new band has an easy click-in clip that you simply pull down to insert. If you are unsure please contact us via our website and we will send you a video displaying this.

It was a gift for my father on the 10th June for his ninetieth birthday. He loves the watch, however we seem to have issues with it charging and message says invalid charge or something like that. Also, the top row with wifi,bluetooth,4g etc symbol's are not showing on watch face. Who should I contact?

The watch has many useful functions and app. Fall detection was my reason to purchase. My only gripe is it's short battery charge so I charge it every second day. Better value than others on the market.
