This phone is suitable for people requiring a phone with buttons. Signal strength and sound quality was observed to be acceptable. (this review was completed using only 1 SIM card). PROS. Big keys, Big letters on number keys, Special keys make common functions quick and easy. Dual SIM, Dual display, Vast number of 2G-3G-4G frequency bands supported, Speaker Phone loud and clear, Programmable keys (those surrounding OK key and top RHS button), A PIN can be set on 10 important menus giving privacy, Call time limit reminder, You can set the time for auto power on/off, Bluetooth, Speed Dial on pressing 2 through 9, Emergency call button. CONS. Just a few minor ones. Cannot cancel a mistaken press of the emergency button. Emergency SMS has a 75 character limit. The icon showing OK key function is very small. (I initially didn't spot the OK button toggles the speaker phone). No loop for attaching lanyard.

For years, my husband has been using the old Telstra Tough phone, very basic. Since we are saying goodbye to the 3G network very soon, I knew I needed to find him something similar and whilst initially he was very reluctant (he hates change), I knew this model would suit him very well. Now that he’s gotten used to it, he loves it! I know there will be others out there with a reluctant partner like mine, so if this is relatable you’ll find this phone perfect. Basic navigation, easy to add contacts etc … buttons are large (for your man who has bad eyes but is in denial) and it can be set to very loud which my husband (industrial deafness), especially appreciates. Feeling thankful!

Just bought big button phone for my father - who has sight and hearing issues. Great phone has 7 speed dialling numbers. Also loud speaker. Manual very basic - have emailed personal alarms to get this information and have been very helpful - replying overnight each time. Jenny

This phone delivered all that it promised. Large numbers, easy set up and no hassles sending and receiving calls and text messages, plus a magnifier function and an amplification mode for ear speaker. Highly recommend.

This is a perfect replacement mobile for my 93 year old mother. It is so similar to her old 3G flip phone that she has been able to use it immediately
