I purchased the alarm for my mum after my dad passed away. It was easy to set up and follow the instructions to store the phone numbers to contact. It's so easy for mum to use - she just has to press the button and it will call each number until it's answered and it also sends a text that the alarm was activated with the GPS details. It really gives my sisters and I peace of mind knowing that if mum needs help she just needs to press the button. With her eyesight declining she finds it difficult to dial our phone numbers and frequently gets the numbers wrong. This alarm takes away that problem. Easy to recharge too.

My wife and I have been trying to get her mum to get one of these for several years. It took a fall and a hospital stay to finally get her to agree. The device works well, and it is easy for an elderly person to operate. They only need to press the large SOS button. It also has fall detection which is an added safeguard. The customer service provided by Mitch is excellent. All in all, I highly recommend this device.

After having a bit of trouble setting the unit up, it was found that the Aldi Sim purchased for it was incompatible with the unit. Now having a Telstra sim inserted, the unit works as it should. Elderly (93yo) neighbour friend had a fall, broke hip. On floor for two days before I arrived. Mitch talked me through the device and I had it ready for when she arrived home from hospital.
