First the company: Really good customer service and easy to deal with. Helpful guidance on setting up the alarm. The Product: Excellent quality, good features and a very good price point. Usage: The alarm proves its worth over and over. It gives enormous peace of mind to both the carer and the older person. I think that it should be "mandatory" equipment in care situations, particularly where a person is wanting to maintain a level of independence. We had to deal with a few emergency situations and having the alarm was such a great help. Thanks so much.

I purchased the alarm for my mum after my dad passed away. It was easy to set up and follow the instructions to store the phone numbers to contact. It's so easy for mum to use - she just has to press the button and it will call each number until it's answered and it also sends a text that the alarm was activated with the GPS details. It really gives my sisters and I peace of mind knowing that if mum needs help she just needs to press the button. With her eyesight declining she finds it difficult to dial our phone numbers and frequently gets the numbers wrong. This alarm takes away that problem. Easy to recharge too.

Bought one of these for my mother and was easy to set up by yourself (doesn't come Sim card ). Device like this gives peace of mind knowing an alert can be sent out quickly. GPS is very accurate. 9/10 would recommend to get one

I bought this personal alarm for my husband so we both had peace of mind when he was alone. His life style over the years has made him weak and prone to falling and being unbalanced. If i go away for a short time i am not concerned now as i know if he falls he will be contacted and have some one to talk to and assist him. I could not wait until he got assistance from the govt for help in this way so i purchased this myself. It has been a huge relief for me and my husband feels safe knowing there is help not far away.
