Broken productWhen arrived, fault of shipper, Was found by UPS to not be packaged appropriately then found out was not even insured by shipper. Lost 246.66 CAD or 199.85$ US shipping and did not get as a Christmas present for a 4 yo. Sad how they could not own up to something that was their fault. Gave them multiple chances to. Was refunded the price of car after arguing a valid point, but the company kept my shipping, out 200$. Documented the whole process. Do not waste your time.
Fact of the matter UPS was not ok with the shipping container and it was determined that it was insufficient and they did not receive you pics supporting your packaging, and come to find out it was not insured, which would have cost 4.45$ to do. That was never mentioned or an option given to me. I relied on you. The shipping of the car was between UPS and you the seller. I was left totally out relying on you and UPS to take care of it. You did not and passed your mistake on to the consumer. You can say all you want about “it should have met UPS standards since it me Mercedes” but it did not according to UPS. And we were left sharing the loss from your mistake. Gave you a chance to make it fully right. Hence the review. As I said I have plenty of pics and conversations with UPS to substantiate.
