I’ve been loving these Herman long thick socks for a couple of months now. With boots and even with extra width trainers, hahaha. They are very thick, the terry loops inside are very dense and ultra soft. They have shaped to my feet over the months and the fit is firm and superb. They’ve actually become softer and uniformly fuzzier as they wear in. They also appear to be extremely tough/durable with no signs of wear yet. And they just look too good. I feel that these Hermans are even better value than my simillarly priced socks from the legends across the ditch. So lucky to have this company in Aus.

We just moved to Bathurst from the Riverina. Obviously there’s a huge difference, temperature wise. A friend recommended this company. She had read an article that Lindner was a reputable, long-standing family business. I did a lot of research before purchasing. I looked at many other companies (including Etsy) and then spoke a few times with the Lindner staff. Super happy with these socks. They are so thick and warm! Highly recommend. I kept checking the web site for a month trying to get the blue colour always out of stock. So I decided to go with the black only to find they had gone up six dollars. I am pleased to say I ordered them on a Tuesday night and they were there on my door step Wednesday off the next week very quick service five pairs and nice and long. very comfortable just see how well they wear now. I like to roll them over the top of my boots to stop stuff getting in. you just can't find long sox anywhere. very pleased so far

I work in a hot environment (especially on the feet), 12 hr days with heavy work boots, where wool or cotton socks are mandatory. These socks fit the bill perfectly. I would and do recommend LINDNER socks to all of my work mates. There have been a few that have made the change and are happy having done so. The only down side for me is that they do shrink (I have large feet and calfs) just a bit too much and are hard to get on. But once on they are in place they don't generally move.

These are the third pair of these socks Ive bought .. the other two pairs bought about 6 years ago , still going strong ..very warm and durable .. only slightly warm at the heel They are my favourite socks for wearing with my gum boots and overalls on the , for the days I work on the village farm in winter .. . Toes as warm as toast and stay that way even if Ive been wading through long wet grass . 💜 them

I bought a pair of Hermann thick knee high merino socks after we both saw Lindner Socks on TV. You can't go wrong with merino socks made in Crookwell. My partner is a really cold frog (wearing two pairs of socks at a time) but not anymore. These particular socks were so well made and warm that she only wears one pair of these - of course I had to buy her a couple more pair to get through winter! Highly recommended.

While the socks were warm and retained their shape etc after numerous washing I would not purchase another set as they wear out and hole on the soles quickly. Purchase was 5 months ago and the socks were not worn during summer which comprised most of the time since the socks were purchased.

This is the second pair of the Hermann thick knee high merino I have bought. They stay up and do not creep down and are so comfortable on the feet. I am about to buy a third pair, one of each colour. If you are after a knee high pair of comfortable socks these are a must have.

Fantastic long socks that don't disappear into the toe of my pull-on boots. Very warm, usually I have cold feet all winter but not one numb toe all winter in these socks. Worn them for a few months and no sign of wear in the toes at all. Will definitely be buying more.

I was looking for a long sock to replace my explorer socks. These beautiful Lindner socks are comfortable, stay up and are superb quality. It's great to buy Australian made and support this great Aussie company. I'll be ordering more for sure. Well done Lindner.

Very well-made socks...they tick all the boxes. I ordered knee high socks as I previously had very cold lower legs....not any longer ,they do the trick...warm, cosy and so comfortable. I'll be ordering a couple more pairs shortly.

I am a return customer but this is first time buying Lindner knee high socks. These are fabulous! I am 5'9 and women's knee highs often don't come up to my knees but these do and they keep me fabulously warm at work. :)

After purchasing the shorter work socks and how fantastic they are, I purchased these as winter at home socks. Now I'm looking forward to winter and having warm legs and feet. Bring on the cold weather.

Gave them as part of a Xmas present, they fit my long tall husband perfectly, very comfortable and well made with flat seams and a beautiful finish. Have yet to wash them but I expect they will be fine.
