Shipping was fast and all parts were there. There was no damage to anything and instructions were clear. It took 3 of us 11 hours total to assemble it. I gave it 4 stars only because the grooves and hooks for both the mesh and curtain do not allow them to slide very easily so if we ever want to use them, it’s kind of a pain. Other than that, the gazebo is very sturdy so far. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up in some storms and snow.

Due to cold weather, just started putting our new gazebo up today. One piece was slightly bent/dented. Hopefully, won’t be an issue! So far, instructions are fairly simple. Will update as we continue. Will address water resistance and sturdiness on next update. UPDATE - We have worked "part-time" for 3 days, maybe 3-4 hours at a time putting this gazebo together. We are "older", so taking our time. The roof is definitely a challenge, and instructions could be better. So far very pleased with what we are seeing! More updates as we go. Well, finally got time to finish the gazebo. Roofing was a bit of a challenge. Not really liking the curtain slide channels. Seems REALLY tight to try and open and close drapes and netting. Supports that are behind the curtains have sharp edges at the top. Afraid they will cause rips in the curtains, if you do not go slow and are not VERY careful. Will have to put some type of tape/felt along the top to protect the curtains. One of the netting screens has the Velcro closures sewn on the the wrong direction. Will contact the company and request replacement on Monday. Have not had any rain yet, so can’t comment on water resistance. UPADTE - Contacted company regarding issues with a few pieces. The reply was very timely. They will replace defective items. A few things are being shipped from overseas, and was informed that it may take a bit longer to arrive. Received FedEx tracking numbers last night. Very easy to deal with. My only complaint would still be the curtain slide rails....could be better designed. Overall, still LOVE our new gazebo. Have not had any rain yet, so still curious about "waterproof". Would definitely recommend 2-3 people for assembly. UPDATE: Seems to be water/rain resistant. Had some pretty good storms/winds go through in the last few days. Just realized, that two of the privacy curtains have the Velcro sewn on in the wrong spot. So done notice Be until I tried to close ALL the curtains. Had to unhook the Velcro fro n around two of the base poles before I could zip. Not a huge deal for me, because I will make different Velcro cloth wraps that will replace the worthless little hooks that hold all the curtains to the pole/ legs. Overall, still very pleased. Just some design flaws. Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond.
